General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 10 ml of the sea water purified in 100 ml.

Composition of solution:

sodium - not less than 2.5 mg/ml
magnesium - not less than 0.35 mg/ml
calcium - not less than 0.008 mg/ml
potassium - not less than 0.10 mg/ml
hydrocarbonates - not less than 0.03 mg/ml
chlorides - not less than 3.5 mg/ml
sulfates - not less than 1.5 mg/ml

Excipients: water for injections.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Promotes maintenance of a normal physiological condition of a mucous membrane of a nasal cavity, and also fluidifying of slime and normalization of its products scyphoid cells of a mucous membrane. The microelements which are a part of sea water have antiinflammatory effect, stimulate reparative processes, improve function of a ciliary epithelium that increases resistance of a mucous membrane to implementation of disease-producing bacteria and viruses, promotes its clarification.

Indications to use:

— adenoides, acute, allergic, vasculomotor rhinitis, chronic diseases of a nasal cavity, a nasopharynx, adnexal bosoms of a nose, including followed by dryness of a mucous membrane of a nasal cavity;

— prevention of infections of a nasal cavity during the autumn and winter period, at change of climatic conditions (the room with air conditioning and/or central heating), availability of the contaminated atmospheric air (smokers, drivers of vehicles, hot and dusty workshops);

— washing of wounds of a nasal cavity and adnexal bosoms of a nose before operative measures;

— hygienic procedures of a nasal cavity (including at babies).

Route of administration and doses:

Drug should be used intranazalno.

With the medical purpose (treatment of diseases of a mucous membrane of a nasal cavity, okolonosovy bosoms, nasopharynxes): to children till 1 year (babies) - on 1-2 drops in each nasal course of 1 - 3 time a day; to children from 1 to 7 years - on 2 drops in each nasal course 4 times a day; to children from 7 to 16 years - on 2 drops in each nasal course of 4-6 times a day; the adult - on 2-3 drops in each nasal course of 4-8 times a day. 2-4 weeks, if necessary a course of treatment repeat a course of treatment in 1 month.

With the preventive purpose: to children till 1 year (babies) - by means of the turundas moistened with drug, 2 times a day or by instillation 1-2 drops in each nasal course 2-3 times a day; to children from 1 to 7 years - on 1-2 drops in each nasal course 1-3 times a day; to children from 7 to 16 years - on 2 drops in each nasal course 2-4 times a day; the adult - on 2-3 drops in each nasal course of 3-6 times a day.

With the hygienic purpose: for a softening and removal of allocations from a nose drug is dug in repeatedly (deleting excess of liquid by means of cotton wool or a handkerchief) in each nasal course to a full softening and removal of allocations. Children under 2 years should make washing of a nasal cavity in a prone position. It is necessary to turn the child's head on one side, to wash out the upper nasal course, then to repeat the procedure with other nasal course. To put the child, to wipe allocations from a nose. To children 2 years are more senior and adults should incline the head on one side, to wash out the upper nasal course, to repeat the procedure with other nasal course.

Features of use:

Use at pregnancy and feeding by a breast. Use of drug at pregnancy and during breastfeeding according to indications is possible.

Use for children. Apply according to indications.

Influence on ability to driving of motor transport and to control of mechanisms. It is not described.

Side effects:

Feeling of discomfort in a nasal cavity at the beginning of use; allergic reactions are possible.

Interaction with other medicines:

Since drug does not make system impact on an organism, interaction with other medicines is noted. Use with other medicines used for treatment of cold is possible.

Contraindications:

— hypersensitivity to drug components.

Overdose:

Cases of overdose are noted.

Storage conditions:

In the place protected from light at a temperature from 0 to 25 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children. A period of validity - 2 years. Not to use after the period of validity specified on packaging. After opening to use within 14 days.
