General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients. 29 g of aqueous-alcoholic extract from mix of medicinal vegetable raw materials: 0,4 g of a mallow roots, 0,3 g of a camomile flowers, 0,5 g of a horsetail grass, 0,4 g of walnut leaves, 0,4 g of a yarrow grass, 0,2 g of an oak bark, 0,4 g of a dandelion medicinal grass.

Excipients: the water purified by 71 g.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Pharmacological properties are caused by biologically active agents which are a part of drug. Тонзилгон® the N possesses antiinflammatory and antiseptic action. Active components being a part of drug of a camomile, a mallow and horsetail, promote increase in activity of nonspecific factors of protection of an organism.

Polysaccharides, essential oils and flavonoids of a camomile, mallow and yarrow, tannins of bark of an oak have antiinflammatory effect and promote reduction of hypostasis of a mucous membrane of respiratory tracts.

Indications to use:

Acute and chronic diseases of upper respiratory tracts (tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis). Prevention of complications at respiratory viral infections and as addition to therapy with antibiotics at bacterial infections.

Route of administration and doses:

Inside. Drops for intake accept in an undiluted look, having taken some time in a mouth before a proglatyvaniye.

During the acute period of development of a disease:
- Adults: on 25 drops of 5-6 times a day.
- Children of school age (6 years are more senior): on 15 drops of 5-6 times a day.
- Children of preschool age (1 years are more senior): on 10 drops of 5-6 times a day.

After disappearance of acute symptoms of a disease (pharyngalgia) it is necessary to continue treatment by drug within 1 more week. After disappearance of acute symptoms:
- Adults: on 25 drops 3 times a day.
- Children of school age (6 years are more senior): on 15 drops 3 times a day.
- Children of preschool age (1 years are more senior): on 10 drops 3 times a day.

Features of use:

Content in drug of alcohol makes from 16,0 to 19,5% (in the volume relation). In the maximum single dose (25 drops) the content of absolute ethyl alcohol makes 0,21 g; in the maximum daily dose (25 drops of 6 times a day) - 1,26 g.

If at use of drug within 7 days symptoms of a disease remain or the condition of the patient worsens, it is necessary to see a doctor. In the course of drug storage perhaps easy opacification or loss of an insignificant deposit that does not influence efficiency of drug. Before use drug should be shaken up! When using a bottle you keep it in vertical position.

Influence on ability to manage vehicles and to work with mechanisms. During use of drug it is necessary to be careful at control of vehicles and occupation other potentially dangerous types of activity demanding the increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions (in connection with the content of alcohol drug).

Side effects:

From digestive tract are possible: nausea, vomiting.

Allergic reactions are possible. At emergence of signs of allergic reaction it is necessary to stop administration of drug.

Interaction with other medicines:

The combination with antibacterial medicines is possible and reasonable. Interaction with other medicines is not described.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug components, in particular, to plants of family of a thistle family, alcoholism (including after antialcoholic treatment), children's age (till 1 year) - in connection with the content of alcohol in drug.

With care: liver diseases, a craniocereberal injury, brain diseases, children's age are more senior than 1 year (use is possible only after consultation with the doctor) - in connection with the content of alcohol in drug.

Use at pregnancy and during breastfeeding: use of drug is possible if the potential advantage for mother exceeds potential risk for a fruit and the child. Consultation of the doctor is necessary.

Overdose:

So far cases of overdose are not registered. In case of overdose strengthening of side effects from digestive tract is possible.

Treatment - symptomatic.

Storage conditions:

To store in the dry, protected from light place, at a temperature not above 25 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children. Period of validity 2 years. Not to apply after a period of validity.
