General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: 8 g of a mallow roots, 6 g of a camomile flowers, 10 mg of a horsetail grass, 12 mg of walnut leaves, 4 mg of a yarrow grass, 4 mg of an oak bark, 4 mg of a dandelion medicinal grass.

Excipients: lactose, corn starch, potato starch, stearic acid, monohydrate of glucose, high-disperse dioxide of silicon.

Structure of a cover of a dragee: calcium carbonate, glucosic syrup, indigotin, corn starch, the modified corn starch, монтан glycol wax, weed (1-vinyl-2-пирролидон) K 25, weed (1-vinyl-2-пирролидон) K 30, castor oil, sucrose, shellac, talc, high-disperse dioxide of silicon, titanium dioxide.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Pharmacological properties are caused by biologically active agents which are a part of drug. Тонзилгон® the N possesses antiinflammatory and antiseptic action.

Active components being a part of drug of a camomile, a mallow and horsetail, promote increase in activity of nonspecific factors of protection of an organism. Polysaccharides, essential oils and flavonoids of a camomile, a mallow and yarrow, tannins of bark of an oak have antiinflammatory effect and promote reduction of hypostasis of a mucous membrane of respiratory tracts.

Indications to use:

Acute and chronic diseases of upper respiratory tracts (tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis). Prevention of complications at respiratory viral infections and as addition to therapy with antibiotics at bacterial infections.

Route of administration and doses:

Inside. The dragee is swallowed entirely, without chewing, if necessary washing down with water. During the acute period of development of a disease:
- Adults: on 2 dragees of 5-6 times a day.
- Children of school age (6 years are more senior): on 1 dragee of 5-6 times a day.

After disappearance of acute symptoms of a disease (pharyngalgia) it is necessary to continue treatment by drug within 1 more week. After disappearance of acute symptoms:
- Adults: on 2 dragees 3 times a day.
- Children of school age (6 years are more senior): on 1 dragee 3 times a day.

Features of use:

If at use of drug within 7 days symptoms of a disease remain or the condition of the patient worsens, it is necessary to see a doctor.

One dragee contains less than 0,03 considered "grain units" (GU).

Influence on ability to manage vehicles and to work with mechanisms. Use of drug does not exert impact on ability to performance of potentially dangerous types of activity demanding the increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions.

Use at pregnancy and during breastfeeding. Use of drug is possible if the potential advantage for mother exceeds potential risk for a fruit and the child. Consultation of the doctor is necessary.

Side effects:

From digestive tract are possible: nausea, vomiting.

Allergic reactions are possible. At emergence of signs of allergic reaction it is necessary to stop administration of drug.

Interaction with other medicines:

The combination with antibacterial medicines is possible and reasonable. Interaction with other medicines is not described.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug components, in particular, to plants of family of a thistle family, children's age up to 6 years.

To patients with a rare hereditary form of a lactose intolerance, intolerance of fructose, deficit of lactase, glyukozo-galaktozny malabsorption or deficit of invertase-isomaltase, use of drug is contraindicated (because of the content in drug of lactose and sucrose).

Overdose:

So far cases of overdose are not registered. In case of overdose strengthening of side effects from digestive tract is possible. Treatment - symptomatic.

Storage conditions:

To store in the dry, protected from light place, at a temperature not above 25 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children. Period of validity 3 years. Not to use after the period of validity specified on packaging.

Dragee. On 25 dragees in the blister from aluminum foil (lower part) and polyvinylchloride / a polyvinylidene chloride film (an upper part). On 2 or 4 blisters together with the application instruction place in a folding cardboard box.
