Overdose:

The toxic effect at considerable overdose is defined by effect of fat-soluble vitamins A and D. Their prolonged use in high doses (to the corresponding 25 capsules for vitamin A and to 5 capsules for vitamin D) can become the reason of emergence of such symptoms of chronic toxicity as vomiting, a headache, drowsiness and diarrhea. Acute symptoms note only at very considerable overdose. The daily dose of iron and zinc should not exceed 15 mg for both microelements.
