General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 40 mg of a ginkgo of bilobed extract of leaves of dry EGb 761 (35Yo67:1), extragent: acetone of 60%. 9,6 mg of the extract standardized on the maintenance of flavonglikozid, 2,4 mg of terpenlakton (1,12Yo1,36 of mg of glycosides And, In, With and 1,04Yo1,28 of mg of a bilobalid).

Excipients: sodium of a kroskarmelloz, penogasyashchy emulsion of SE2, silicon dioxide colloid, gipromelloza, lactoses monohydrate, macrogoal 1500, magnesium stearate, starch corn, cellulose microcrystallic, talc, titanium E 171 dioxide, gland E 172 hydroxide.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Drug increases resistance of an organism to a hypoxia, especially brain tissues, slows down development of traumatic or toxic hypostasis of a brain, improves cerebral and peripheric circulation, improves a hemorheology.

Exerts the dozozavisimy regulating impact on vascular system, expands small arteries, raises a tone of veins. Interferes with education of free radicals and peroxide oxidation of lipids of cellular membranes. Normalizes release, repeated absorption and a catabolism of neurotransmitters (Norepinephrinum, a dopamine, acetylcholine) and their ability to connection with receptors. Improves a metabolism in bodies and fabrics, promotes accumulation in cells of makroerg, increase in utilization of oxygen and glucose, normalization of mediator processes in TsNS.

Pharmacokinetics. Effect of drug of Memoplant is cumulative action of components of extract of leaves of a ginkgo of a bilob therefore carrying out kinetic researches is not possible.

Indications to use:

Organic, arising owing to age disturbances of cerebral circulation, and functional disturbances of a brain with such manifestations as a memory impairment, decline in the ability to concentration of attention and intellectual opportunities, the suppressed mood, dizziness, a sonitus, a headache.

Disturbances of peripheric circulation: obliterating diseases of arteries of the lower extremities with such characteristic symptoms as the alternating lameness, numbness and a cold snap of feet, a Raynaud's disease.

Dysfunctions of an inner ear, shown dizziness, instability of gait, a sonitus.

Route of administration and doses:

If the doctor did not appoint other mode of dosing, it is necessary to adhere to the following recommendations about administration of drug:

For a symptomatic treatment of frustration of cerebral circulation: on 1Yo2 of a tablet (respectively 40Yo80 of mg of extract of the Ginkgo of bilobed EGb 761) 3 times a day. Duration of a course of treatment – not less than 8 weeks.

At disturbances of peripheric circulation: on 1 tablet (respectively 40 mg of extract of the Ginkgo of bilobed EGb 761) 3 times a day or on 2 tablets (respectively 80 mg of extract of the Ginkgo of bilobed EGb 761) 2 times a day. Duration of a course of treatment – not less than 6 weeks.

At vascular or involutional pathology of an inner ear: on 1 tablet (respectively 40 mg of extract of the Ginkgo of bilobed EGb 761) 3 times a day or on 2 tablets (respectively 80 mg of extract of the Ginkgo of bilobed EGb 761) 2 times a day. Duration of a course of treatment – 6Yo - 8 weeks.

Tablets, coated, it is necessary to accept without chewing, washing down with a small amount of water, irrespective of meal. If administration of drug was missed or its insufficient quantity, the subsequent reception it was accepted it is necessary to carry out as it is specified in this instruction without каких­либо changes.

Features of use:

At often arising feelings of dizziness and a sonitus it is necessary to consult with the doctor. In case of sudden deterioration or a hearing loss it is necessary to see a doctor immediately. Lactose in this connection patients are not recommended to appoint it with an inborn galactosemia, a sprue of glucose or a galactose, or at an inborn lactose intolerance is a part of drug.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions (reddening, skin rash, puffiness, itch), zheludochnoyokishechny frustration, headache, hearing disorder, dizziness, decrease in coagulability of blood are possible. Isolated cases of bleeding at the patients who were at the same time accepting the means reducing coagulability of blood were observed; the causal relationship of these bleedings with administration of drugs of Gingko of bilobed EGb 761 is not confirmed. In case of emergence каких­либо the undesirable phenomena, administration of drug it is necessary to stop and see the attending physician.

Interaction with other medicines:

Use of drug of Memoplant is not recommended to the patients who are constantly accepting acetylsalicylic acid, anticoagulants (direct and indirect action), and also the drugs lowering coagulability of blood.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug components; the lowered coagulability of blood, erosive gastritis, a peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum in an aggravation stage; acute disorders of cerebral circulation, acute myocardial infarction. In view of insufficiency of data on use of drug for children, children should not appoint it up to 12 years.

Use during pregnancy and in the period of a lactation: due to the lack of enough clinical data, use of drug during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended.

Overdose:

Drug overdose cases are not registered so far. The Memoplant has good tolerance.

Storage conditions:

To store at a temperature from 15 °C to 25 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children. A period of validity of tablets of 40 mg and 80 mg - 5 years, tablets of 120 mg - 3 years. Not to use drug after a period of validity.
