Grammidin Neo with anesthetic

General characteristics. Structure:

Active agents: gramicidin About dihydrochloride of 0,003 g, (in terms of gramicidin C); an oksibuprokaina a hydrochloride of 0,0002 g chloride cetylpyridinium monohydrate of 0,001 g, (in terms of cetylpyridinium chloride) 
 
Excipients: silicon dioxide colloid (Аэросил® 200); talc; to potassium atsesulfa; fragrance mint; sorbitol (Neosorb®), magnesium stearate.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. The combined drug for treatment of infectious and inflammatory diseases of a throat and an oral cavity. Gramicidin C, mestnoanesteziruyushchy (anesthetic) means оксибупрокаин and an antiseptic agent cetylpyridinium chloride are a part of drug antimicrobic means.
The mechanism of effect of gramicidin C is connected with increase in permeability of a cytoplasmic membrane of a microbic cell that breaks its stability and causes death.
Gramicidin C has the expressed antimicrobic effect concerning causative agents of infectious diseases of an oral cavity and throat.
Anesthetic оксибупрокаин has the local anesthetizing effect on a mucous membrane of an oral cavity and a throat. Causes reversible blockade of distribution and carrying out nervous impulses through axons of nervous cells.
Cetylpyridinium chloride belongs to antiseptic agents. Suppresses growth and reproduction of causative agents of infectious diseases flatter a mouth.
Drug renders analgesic effect, reduces an inflammation, has antimicrobic effect, softens unpleasant feelings in a throat, facilitates swallowing, at a rassasyvaniye causes hypersalivation that promotes mechanical clarification of an oral cavity and throat from microorganisms.

Pharmacokinetics. Drug possesses local action and is practically not soaked up in a GIT that defines almost total absence of system effects.

Indications to use:

Infectious and inflammatory diseases of an oral cavity and throat: quinsy, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, periodontosis, ulitis, stomatitis.

Route of administration and doses:

Inside, after food, by a rassasyvaniye in a mouth, without chewing.
Directly after use of drug it is necessary to refrain from meal and drinks during 1–2 h.
The dosage for adults and children is more senior than 12 years: according to 1 tab. 3-4 of time a day.
Dosage for children from 4 to 12 years: according to 1 tab. 1-2 of time a day.
In the absence of therapeutic effect within 7 days of administration of drug the address to the doctor is recommended.

Contraindications:

- pregnancy (I trimester);
- age up to 4 years.

Use at pregnancy and feeding by a breast
Drug is contraindicated at pregnancy (the I trimester). Breastfeeding for the period of administration of drug needs to be stopped.

Overdose:
