General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: dry экстракты*: 65 mg of a dvuplodnik pediculate flowers, 49 mg of a saxifrage lingular stalks, 16 mg of a madder serdtselistny stalks, 16 mg of a syta filmy rhizomes, 16 mg of a solomotsvet rough seeds, 16 mg of an onosma of a pritsvetnikovy elevated part, 16 mg of a vernoniya ashy whole plant.

Порошки*: silicate of lime, mummy (cleared).

Excipients: magnesium stearate, cellulose microcrystallic, karmelloza natriy, кросповидон, silicon dioxide colloid.

Notes: * Processed over steam of water extract (1:10) of mix of the following vegetable raw materials taken in equal quantities: basilica fragrant elevated part, horse beans of seeds, yakorets of creeping fruits, mimosa bashful seeds, pavoniya fragrant whole plant, horsetail of a field whole plant, teak of seeds. Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. The complex of biologically active agents which are a part of the drug Tsiston® renders diuretic, spasmolytic, litolitichesky, antimicrobic and antiinflammatory action.

Pharmacokinetics. Data on pharmacokinetics of the multicomponent vegetable drug Tsiston® in a dosage form of a tablet are absent. Activity of drug is caused by mutually strengthening combined action of its components that is characteristic of herbal remedies. As activity of drug it is impossible to charge completely to any one connection, pharmacokinetic researches of multicomponent vegetable drugs, including Tsiston® of a tablet, are impracticable.

Indications to use:

Complex therapy of an urolithiasis, crystalluria, infections of urinary tract.

Route of administration and doses:

Inside, after food. Use of the drug Tsiston® is recommended against the background of the increased consumption of liquid to 2-2,5 liters a day.

Adults: complex therapy of an urolithiasis and crystalluria: on 2 tablets 2 times a day within 4-6 months or to an exit of stones; prevention of a recurrence after surgical removal, carrying out a remote lithotripsy or a spontaneous exit of stones: on 2 tablets 2 times a day within the first month, then on 1 tablet 2 times a day within 4-5 months; complex therapy of infections of urinary tract (cystitis, uretrit, pyelonephritises and others): on 2 tablets 2 times a day, duration of a course of treatment is 2-3 weeks or before normalization of clinical symptomatology and laboratory analyses.

Terms of treatment can be prolonged depending on weight of a disease according to the recommendation of the doctor.

Features of use:

Use at pregnancy and in the period of a lactation. Use of drug is not recommended at pregnancy and during breastfeeding (in connection with insufficiency of data on studying of efficiency and safety of drug at the specified states). In case of need uses of drug in the period of a lactation breastfeeding should be stopped.

As therapeutic effect of the drug Tsiston® develops gradually, it is necessary to stop its reception at emergence of an acute pain in kidneys and мочевьюодящдх ways and to see a doctor.

Use of drug at an urolithiasis demands observance of a diet with restriction in a diet of the feedstuffs promoting formation of crystals of salts or stones in uric ways and the accounting of features of a metabolism and acid-base reaction of urine.

Use of drug at an urolithiasis and a crystalluria does not depend on structure of stones and рН urine. Drug is effective at an oxalic, uratny, phosphatic urolithiasis. At the termination of administration of drug of Tsiston® of a tablet of a syndrome of "cancellation" it is not observed. With a renal failure of dose adjustment of drug it is not required from patients of advanced age and patients. Special measures at the admission of one or several doses of drug are not required. If the patient one or several times misses medicine reception, it is necessary to continue administration of drug according to the scheme recommended in the instruction, without doubling a dose. Special precautionary measures at destruction of unused medicine are not required.

Influence on ability to drive the car and other mechanisms. Drug does not influence performance of potentially dangerous types of activity requiring special attention and bystry reactions (driving and other vehicles, work with moving mechanisms, work of the dispatcher/operator and another).

Side effects:

Allergic reactions. If any of the side effects specified in the instruction are aggravated, or you noticed any other side effects which are not specified in the instruction, report about it to the doctor.

Interaction with other medicines:

Use of drug with antibiotics promotes increase in efficiency of therapy. Цистон® increases bioavailability of norfloxacin.

At combined use with to-trioksazolom in an experiment on animal Tsiston® detained sulfamethoxazole absorption, statistically significantly increasing its bioavailability, and accelerated absorption of Trimethoprimum, without having significant effect on its bioavailability.

At use of the specified medicines along with the drug Tsiston® correction of their dose can be required.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug components. Acute pains in kidneys and urinary tract. Age up to 18 years. Use of drug at the size of stones is not recommended more than 9 mm in the diameter because of obstruction threat.

Overdose:

So far cases of overdose are not revealed therefore symptoms of overdose are not described. In order to avoid overdose strictly follow the application instruction.

Treatment in case of accidental overdose by the drug Tsiston®: symptomatic.

Storage conditions:

In the dry place at a temperature from 10 °C to 30 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children. A period of validity - 3 years. Not to apply after a period of validity.

Packaging:

Tablets; on 100 tablets in a plastic bottle from polyethylene of high density with the screwed cover. The neck of a bottle is in addition tightened by aluminum foil with the trademark of firm applied on it. Each bottle with the application instruction is placed in a cardboard pack.
