Gepatrombin

General characteristics. Structure:

Active agent: heparin sodium of 30 000 ME; cordianine of 300 mg; декспантенол 400 mg

Excipients: бронопол - 100 mg, carbomer - 660 mg, wax microcrystallic - 6 g, a trisalkylmacrogoal phosphate - 3 g, left menthol - 150 mg, liquid paraffin - 6 g, пурцелинол - 3 g, glycerides of fatty acids - 6.15 g, dinatrium эдетат - 100 mg, троламин - 220 mg, vaseline - 5 g, the water purified - 68.4 ml.

Excipients: бронопол, carbomer 934, a lunatser of M, хостафат, KW-340-N, left menthol, liquid paraffin, пурцелинол, tags 515, dinatrium эдетат, trietanolamine, vaseline white, the water purified.

Pharmacological properties:

The combined drug with the antitrombotichesky, antiinflammatory and improving an angenesis action for external use.
Heparin - anticoagulant of direct action. At topical administration heparin interferes with formation of blood clots, possesses antiedematous and antiinflammatory action, improves a local blood stream.
Cordianine renders antiinflammatory action, stimulates processes of a metabolism in fabrics and promotes proliferation of cells.
Dekspantenol improves heparin absorption, stimulates granulation and epithelization of fabrics.

Pharmacokinetics. After local drawing on skin heparin rather quickly gets through epidermis and collects in upper layers of skin. Actively contacts skin proteins. From fabrics about 1 h is allocated slowly with the allocation period. Also 0.6 ME/ml respectively in skin have pharmacological effect in concentration from 10 ME/ml in epidermis.

Indications to use:

— thrombosis;
— thrombophlebitis;
— varicosity;
— trophic ulcers of a shin (for ointment);
— sports injuries;
— tendovaginitis;
— inflammatory infiltrates.

Route of administration and doses:

The column of ointment 5 cm long is applied on affected areas of 1-3 times/days.
At diseases of veins drug is used in the form of bandages with ointment.

At trophic ulcers ointment is applied in the form of a ring about 4 cm wide.
At diseases of veins of the lower extremities ointment is applied the easy massing movements on the direction from below up, the one-time dose is recommended to be rubbed not completely, and in the separate portions.

Features of use:

The essential oils which are a part of other ingredients of gel have antimicrobic and analgeziruyushchy effect.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions: skin rash, dermahemia, small tortoiseshell, Quincke's disease.

Interaction with other medicines:

Contraindications:

— the infected defeats of integuments;
— disturbance of integrity of integuments (for gel);
— hypersensitivity to drug components.

Use of drug GEPATROMBIN at pregnancy and feeding by a breast
Use at pregnancy and in the period of a lactation (breastfeeding) of Gepatrombin with the content of heparin sodium 300 ED/1 of is possible in cases when the expected advantage of therapy for mother exceeds potential risk for a fruit or the baby.

Data on a possibility of use of Gepatrombin with the content of heparin sodium 500 ED/1 of at pregnancy and in the period of a lactation are not provided.
