For designation of similar forms of inflammatory diseases many authors use the terms "beginning phlegmon", "phlegmon in an infiltration stage", contradictory on value, or in general lower the description of the specified disease forms. At timely begun rational therapy it is possible to prevent development of phlegmons and abscesses. And it is proved from biological positions. The vast majority of inflammatory processes has to come to an end and be exposed to involution at a stage of a swelling or inflammatory infiltrate. The option with their further development and formation of abscesses, phlegmons is an accident, death of fabrics, i.e. parts of an organism, and at distribution of purulent process on several areas, sepsis - is frequent also death. Therefore, in our opinion, inflammatory infiltrate is the most frequent, most "reasonable" and biologically reasonable form of an inflammation. Option of inflammatory infiltrate are the periadenitis, a serous periostitis. The most essential to the doctor in assessment and classification of these processes (diagnosis) are recognition of not purulent stage of an inflammation and the corresponding tactics of treatment.
Symptoms of Inflammatory infiltrate:

Inflammatory infiltrates of a postinfectious etiology are localized in submandibular, buccal, parotid and chewing, submental areas. Seasonality of developing of a disease (the autumn and winter period) is accurately traced. Children with inflammatory infiltrate come to clinic after the 5th days of a disease more often.
Reasons of Inflammatory infiltrate:
Inflammatory infiltrates make diverse group on an etiological factor. The conducted researches showed that 37% of patients had a traumatic genesis of a disease, at 23% as the reason served the dontogenous infection; in other cases infiltrates arose after various infectious processes. This form of an inflammation is noted with an identical frequency in all age groups.
Treatment of Inflammatory infiltrate:
Treatment of patients with inflammatory infiltrates - conservative. Carry out antiinflammatory therapy with use of physiotherapeutic means. Bandages with Vishnevsky's ointment and alcohol give the expressed effect laser radiation. In cases of a nagnaivaniye of inflammatory infiltrate there is phlegmon. Then carry out surgical treatment.
