Аджифлюкс

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: 600 mg of paste of magnesium of hydroxide, are equivalent magnesium to hydroxide and 525 mg of aluminum of hydroxide of dry gel, are equivalent aluminum to hydroxide in 15 ml of suspension.

Excipients: sodium of a karmeloz, sorbite the solution which is not crystallizing (Е 420), methylparaben (E 218), propylparaben (Е 216), sodium citrate, sodium saccharin (Е 954), menthol, peppermint oil, propylene glycol, peroxide hydrogen solution of 30%, the water purified.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Аджифлюкс – antiacid drug is not absorbed and contains the balanced combination of magnesium hydroxide and aluminum hydroxide. Has high kislotoneytralizuyushchy and cytoprotective effect. 1 g of suspension neutralizes about 24,5 ml 0,1 N hydrochloric acids. It is applied as the antiacid and adsorbing means. Reduces acidity of a gastric juice, absorbs excess of acid and gases, has the enveloping effect.

Pharmacokinetics. It is not soaked up in digestive tract, does not come to a blood stream and does not cause system effects.

Indications to use:

Treatment of heartburn and gastroesophageal reflux disease at adults and children is more senior than 15 years.

Route of administration and doses:

To adults and children 15 years are more senior it is recommended to apply on 15 ml of suspension (1 tablespoon or contents of 1 package) in 1-1,5 hours after food 3-4 times a day. A course of treatment – 2-3 months. At the expressed pain syndrome it is recommended to apply 1 tablespoon of a suspension with an interval of 2 hours. The daily dose should not exceed 6 tablespoons.

In case of need suspension can be dissolved with water or milk. Before use the bottle needs to be stirred up carefully before formation of homogeneous suspension. The package of suspension before use should be kneaded fingers.

Features of use:

Use during pregnancy or feeding by a breast. Safety of use of drug at pregnancy and during feeding by a breast is not established. For the period of treatment it is necessary to stop feeding by a breast.

Ability to influence speed of response at control of motor transport or work with other mechanisms. It is not described.

Children. There is no sufficient clinical experience of use of drug to children aged up to 15 years.

At use of drug for patients with a renal failure regular control of level of phosphorus in blood is necessary. At the first signs of deficit of phosphorus in an organism (a skin itch, an asthma, ostealgias, concern, irritability, increased fatigue, the general weakness, paresthesias) use of drug should be stopped immediately. At a renal failure prolonged use of the antacids containing aluminum can bring to g_peralyum_ny і ї and accumulations of aluminum in an organism (see the section "Overdose").

Side effects:

From digestive tract: seldom – a lock, nausea, vomiting.

Others: at prolonged use in high doses development of deficit of phosphorus in an organism is possible (symptoms: skin itch, decrease in tendon jerks, weakness of muscles, difficulty of breath, ostealgia, osteomalacy, pathological changes, concern, irritability, increased fatigue, general weakness, paresthesias), allergic reactions.

Interaction with other medicines:

In case of simultaneous use of Adzhiflyuks reduces absorption of tetracyclines, ciprofloxacin, an ofloksatsin, digoxin, indometacin, acetylsalicylic acid, H2 blockers of histamine receptors, β-blockers, aminazine, a diflunizal, an isoniazid, Phenytoinum, drugs containing phosphorus. Therefore Adzhiflyuks is recommended to be accepted in 2 hours prior to or in 2 hours after use of these drugs.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug components, a renal failure of heavy degree, intestinal impassability, acute abdominal pain.

Overdose:

At use in high doses the hypophosphatemia, a hypocalcemia, a hypercalcuria, muscular weakness, decrease in tendon jerks, increased fatigue, disturbances of a cordial rhythm, osteomalacy, osteoporosis, a gipermagniyemiya can be noted (symptoms: erubescence, thirst, hypotension owing to a peripheral vazodilatation, drowsiness), a giperalyuminemiya (symptoms: abdominal pains, intestinal impassability), encephalopathy, nephrocalcinosis.

In case of symptoms of overdose it is necessary to take measures for removal of drug from an organism. Therapy is symptomatic.

Storage conditions:

Period of validity - 3 years. Not to use drug after the termination of the period of validity specified on packaging.  To store in the dark place at a temperature not above 25 °C. Not to freeze. To store in the place, unavailable to children.
