Valocormidum

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: 25 ml of drug contain a valerian of tincture (1:5) — 8,33 ml, a lily of the valley of tincture (1:10) — 8,33 ml, belladonnas of tincture (1:10) — 4,17 ml, bromide sodium — 3,33 g, menthol racemic — 0,208 g.
Auxiliary substances: the water purified.

Drops are oral. Transparent liquid of reddish-brown color, with aroma of a valerian and menthol. At preservation formation of a deposit is allowed.

Pharmacological properties:

The combined drug of a plant origin which has sedative and spasmolytic action.

Indications to use:

Cardiovascular neurosises that are followed by bradycardia.

Route of administration and doses:

Apply the adult. To apply internally till 10-20 drops 2–3 times a day, having parted in a small amount of water. Duration of use depends on character, expressiveness of a disease and the reached therapeutic effect.

Features of use:

Drug is not used during pregnancy or feeding by a breast through the ethanol content.

 During treatment it is necessary to refrain from driving by the car and works which are connected using potentially dangerous mechanical devices.

 There is no experience of use of drug for children therefore this category of patients is not recommended to appoint it. 

Side effects:

Drowsiness, oppression of emotional reactions, mental depression, decrease in intellectual and physical effeciency.

At individual hypersensitivity to drug development of local allergic reactions (rashes, an itch, a hyperemia and cutaneous dropsies) is possible.

At use of drugs of a valerian throughout a long time the headache, a hyperphrenia, decrease in a cordial rhythm, etching process oppression can be observed. 

Interaction with other medicines:

Exponentiates action sedative, somnolent and antispasmodics.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug components. Glaucoma, heavy disturbances of cordial activity, prostatauxe, disease of kidneys. Pregnancy and feeding by a breast.

Overdose:

Symptoms: dryness in a mouth, thirst, a headache, dizziness, drowsiness, weakness, an abdominal pain, a vision disorder, heartbeat.
Treatment: symptomatic.

Storage conditions:

To store at  a temperature of not Vichy of 25 °C in the place, unavailable to children.
