Pharmacodynamics. Batrafen - antifungal drug of a broad spectrum of activity. Possesses antibacterial action concerning gram-positive and the majority of gram-negative activators. Suppresses development of mycoplasmas and trichomonads.

Pharmacokinetics. Values of fungicidal concentration at one-day use exceed MPK at 20-30 times (MPK for dermatophytes, sort mushrooms Candida, mold and drozhzhepodobny mushrooms - 0.98-3.9 mkg/ml, MPK for a mycoplasma and Trichomonas vaginalis - 7.8-31.3 mkg/ml).

Indications to use:

Treatment and prevention fungal infections of skin and mucous membranes (including multi-colored depriving, onychomycoses, fungal vaginit and a vulvovaginitis).

Route of administration and doses:

At mycoses apply on affected areas of skin 2 times a day usually during 2 weeks. After disappearance of symptoms treatment is continued by 1-2 more weeks (for prevention of a recurrence).

The varnish is applied with a thin layer on the affected nail of 1 times in a day. Vaginal cream: for treatment of vaginit of 5 g enter deeply into a vagina by means of the enclosed tip of 1 times a day (before going to bed), a course — no more than 14 days.

Features of use:

During treatment it is not recommended to use cosmetic nail varnishes.

Side effects:

Interaction with other medicines:

The effect is increased by system antifungal medicines.
