Pharmacological properties:
Pharmacodynamics. 6% which are a part of drug Aminoven of infantas, 10% of amino acid are physiological components. After parenteral administration they join in a pool of free amino acids of an organism and participate in all metabolic processes, in particular, are used for protein synthesis.
Pharmacokinetics. Bioavailability of drug Aminoven of infantas of 6%, 10% at in introduction makes 100%. Amino acids join in a common pool of free amino acids of an organism and are distributed in intersticial liquid and intercellular space of bodies and fabrics. Concentration of free amino acids in a blood plasma and cytoplasm of cells is regulated in narrow limits depending on age, a condition of food and the general condition of the patient. At the correct introduction (slowly and with a constant speed) Aminoven of infantas of 6%, 10% does not break balance of amino acids.
At heavy abnormal liver functions and kidneys regulation of balance of amino acids is broken. In these cases it is necessary to use special copy-books of solutions of amino acids for parenteral food. Only a small part of amino acids eliminirutsya by kidneys. T1/2 of amino acids from plasma substantially depends on age.
Indications to use:
Aminoveins of infantas of 6%, 10% it is intended for partial parenteral food of newborns, children of early age and premature. Together with solutions of carbohydrates, fatty emulsions, and also drugs of vitamins, electrolytes and microelements provides full parenteral food.
Route of administration and doses:
Aminoveins of infantas of 6% it is intended for long drop intravenous administration in peripheral or central veins.
Maximum rate of administering: to 0.1 g of amino acids on 1 kg of body weight, in an hour = 1.67 ml/kg.
Maximum daily dose:
- children till 1 year - 1.5-2.5 g of amino acids on 1 kg of body weight, or from 25 ml to 40 ml of solution Aminoven the infanta of 6% for 1 kg of body weight in days.
- children of 2-5 years - 1.5 g of amino acids on 1 kg of body weight, or 25 ml on 1 kg of body weight a day.
Aminoveins of infantas of 6%, 10% it is applied until need for parenteral food remains.
Features of use:
Use at abnormal liver functions. At a liver failure individual dosing is required.
Use at renal failures. At a renal failure individual dosing is required.
Special instructions. At parenteral food of children of early age it is necessary to consider the following indicators: urine nitrogen, content of ammonia, glucose, electrolytes, triglycerides (at additional introduction of fatty emulsions), liver enzymes, osmolarity of serum, acid and alkaline balance and a water salt metabolism. Too bystry infusion can lead to loss of amino acids through kidneys and thereof, to an imbalance of amino acids.
Side effects:
At the correct use it is not revealed. At drug injection Aminoven of infantas of 6%, 10% in peripheral veins signs of local reaction can be observed: reddening, phlebitis, fibrinferments. Daily control of area of a puncture is recommended.
Interaction with other medicines:
Solutions of amino acids because of the increased risk of microbic contamination should not be mixed with other medicines.
It is necessary to avoid addition of other medicines to drug Aminoven of infantas of 6%, 10% as it can cause toxic reactions.
Anyway it is necessary to be convinced of compatibility of drugs, preservation of sterility and careful mixing. Solutions with addition of other medicines are not subject to storage.
Contraindications:
As well as other solutions of amino acids Aminoven infantas of 6%, 10% should not be entered at disturbances of exchange of amino acids, at a metabolic acidosis, an overhydratation, a hypopotassemia. At a liver and renal failure individual dosing is required.
Overdose:
At exceeding of a dosage or rate of administering of drug Aminoven of infantas of 6%, 10%, as well as at overdose of other solutions of amino acids, there are a fever, nausea, vomiting, renal aminoacidosis. Also acute disorders of blood circulation can be noted. In this case administration of drug should be stopped immediately. At emergence of a hyperpotassemia to enter from 200 to 500 ml of 5% of solution of glucose with addition 1-3 ME of insulin on each 3-5 g of glucose.
Storage conditions:
In the place protected from light at a temperature not above 25 °C. Not to freeze. Aminoven infantas of 6%, 10% it is necessary to store an open bottle with drug in the refrigerator no more than 24 hours. To store in the place, unavailable to children. Period of validity 24 months.
