Aminosteril of KE Nefro

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: 7,52 L-izoleytsina, the general content of amino acids are 67 g, 11,38 g of a L-leucine, 9,63 g of a L-lysine, 10,82 L-lysines of monohydrate, 6,59 g of L-methionine, 7,76 g of L-phenylalanine, 6,78 g of L-threonine, 2,91 g of L-tryptophane, 9,53 g of L-valine, 4,9 g of a L-histidine, 6,53 g of L-malic acid, 8,8 g/l of the general nitrogen, theoretical osmolarity 534 ¼«ß¼/l, рН 5.3-6.0. 

Excipients: water for injections.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Aminosteril of KE Nefro contains only irreplaceable amino acids and a histidine (irreplaceable amino acid at a renal failure) therefore it is applied to synthesis of protein in an organism and achievements of positive balance of nitrogen at parenteral food, slightly influencing azotemia level.

Indications to use:

— for partial or full parenteral food at an acute and chronic renal failure;

— for completion of loss of amino acids owing to peritoneal or a hemodialysis.

Route of administration and doses:

For in/in injections (drop introduction to the central veins). The daily dose depends on the need of an organism for amino acids, function of kidneys. The daily dose averages 250 ml for patients without peritoneal or a hemodialysis and to 500 ml at dialysis.

The recommended infusion speed - up to 20 thaws/min. at body weight about 70 kg.

Simultaneous peroral/enteral or parenteral administration of calories for ensuring anabolic processing of the entered amino acids is recommended.

As much as possible - 250 ml/days at the body weight of 70 kg (to 500 ml at peritoneal or a hemodialysis).

Administration of solution has to is made throughout the period when parenteral administration of amino acids at an acute and chronic renal failure is shown, during a hemodialysis.

Features of use:

Use at pregnancy and feeding by a breast. Special controlled clinical trials on use at pregnancy and a lactation it was not carried out therefore use of drug for this category of patients is possible at careful assessment of a ratio risk/advantage.

Use at abnormal liver functions. A contraindication - abnormal liver functions.

Use for children. Special controlled clinical trials on use at children's age were not conducted therefore use of drug in this category of patients is possible at careful assessment of a ratio risk/advantage.

Special instructions. Ensuring metabolism of amino acids requires additional introduction of energy sources (to 35 kcal/kg of body weight a day).

At an oligoanuriya necessary introduction of energy sources has to happen to smaller amount of liquid.

It is necessary to carry out regular control of a water and electrolytic and acid-base state. If necessary it is necessary to enter enough potassium for metabolism of amino acids.

In case of need additions to solution of amino acids, carbohydrates, fatty emulsions, electrolytes, vitamins and microelements it is necessary to observe sterility and to consider compatibility of drugs. After addition of other components solution of amino acids should not be stored.

Side effects:

It is unknown if drug is used correctly.

Interaction with other medicines:

Now cases of interaction are unknown.

Contraindications:

— disturbances of exchange of amino acids;

— abnormal liver functions;

— dekompensirovanny heart failure;

— anury.

Overdose:

In case of Aminosteril's overdose by KE Nefro or speeding of its introduction the fever, nausea, vomiting can appear. At emergence of these symptoms infusion has to be immediately stopped.

Storage conditions:

To store in the place protected from light at a temperature not above 25 °C. Not to freeze. To store in the place, unavailable to children. A period of validity - 18 months. Not to use after the termination of a period of validity.
