General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: 15 ml of Hypericumperforatum (Hypericum) (Giperikumperforatum (Giperikum)) of D1, 10 ml of Ginkgobiloba (Ginkgo) (A ginkgo of a bilob (Ginkgo)) of D6, 10 ml of Coniummaculatum (Conium) (Konium макулатум (Konium)) D6, 10 ml of Panaxginseng (Ginseng) (A panax гинсенг (Гинсенг)) D6, 10 ml of Arnicamontana (Arnica) (Montana arnica (Arnica)) of D12 in 100 ml of drug.

Auxiliary components: alcohol of ethyl 43% (on weight) 38,1 ml, the water purified 6,9 ml.

The complex homeopathic medicine rendering complex nootropic, vasoactive and adaptogenny actions.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Complex homeopathic medicine. Renders complex nootropic, vasoactive and adaptogenny actions: eliminates brain vasospasms, improves a condition of a cerebral hemodynamics and food of tissues of brain oxygen, normalizes exchange processes and energy potential of nervous cells, improves rheological properties of blood and a condition of microcirculation in vessels of a brain, an eyeground.

Thanks to complex action is promoted bystry elimination of the symptoms developing owing to disturbances of cerebral blood circulation and exchange processes of a brain such as frequent headaches, dizziness, noise in the head, in ears, by emotional lability, alarm, irritability, depressive manifestations, an adynamy (chronic fatigue, weakness). Improves memory, increases concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions when performing intellectual tasks, increases working capacity.

Indications to use:

For treatment of disturbances of memory, decrease in concentration of attention, in complex treatment of cerebral atherosclerosis and the accompanying his headache and dizziness.

Absolute ethyl alcohol of 43% on weight is a part of drug. Мемория (Memoria) of a drop is contained in a single dose (10 drops) of 0,16 g of absolute ethyl alcohol. The maximum daily dose (8 times a day on 10 drops) contains 1,28 g of absolute ethyl alcohol.

Influence on ability to drive mechanisms and the car.  During use of drug it is necessary to be careful when performing potentially dangerous types of activity requiring special attention and speed of psychomotor reactions (driving and other vehicles, work with moving mechanisms, work of the dispatcher and operator, etc.).

Side effects:

In rare instances the photosensitization can develop (as drug contains a St. John's Wort); in this case administration of drug has to be stopped. Allergic reactions are possible. At emergence of any other side effects it is necessary to see a doctor.

Interaction with other medicines:

Interaction of the drug Memoriya® with other medicines is not studied. Cases of interaction of the drug Memoriya® with other medicines are not registered. However, at use of drug it is necessary to consider that the St. John's Wort which is its part can change a therapeutic effectiveness of some medicines, namely:

- increases antidepressive effect of monoamine oxidase inhibitors, but increases risk of development of hypertensive crisis (the interval between administrations of drugs has to make not less than 14 days);

- when sharing with selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (fluoxetine, paroksetiny, sertraline, fluvoksaminy or tsitalopramy) makes heavier hemolitic reactions and a current of "a serotoninovy syndrome" (dizziness, nausea, vomiting, a headache, pain in epigastriums, concern, alarm, a condition of confusion, confusion, feeling of concern and irritability);

- it is capable to strengthen the photosensitizing effect of other medicines, including tetracyclines, streptocides, thiazide diuretics, hinolon, piroxicam; reduces hypotensive effect of Reserpinum;

- reduces concentration of cyclosporine in blood; reduces concentration in blood and efficiency of therapy indinaviry; at simultaneous use with ethinylestradiol and dezogestrely the risk of bleedings of "break" increases;

- increases theophylline metabolism speed;

- reduces concentration in digoxin blood; interaction with carbamazepine, amitriptyline, nortriptiliny, verapamil, nenukleozidny inhibitors of the return transcriptases can lead to decrease in their efficiency; reduces efficiency of anticoagulants like coumarin (фенпрокумон, warfarin).

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug components. Children's age (up to 12 years), liver diseases, pregnancy, the breastfeeding period.

With care. At alcoholism, a craniocereberal injury, brain diseases, children's age (12 years are more senior).

Overdose:

Overdose cases were not registered so far.

Storage conditions:

In the place protected from light and strong electromagnetic fields, at a temperature not above 25 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children. Period of validity of 5 years. Not to apply after the period of validity specified on packaging.
