General characteristics. Structure:

Active agent: yohimbine hydrochloride of 5 mg

Excipients: starch corn — 6 mg; arabic gum — 6 mg; lactoses monohydrate — 110 mg; sucrose — 116 mg; stearic acid — 3 mg; talc — 4 mg.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacological action - the raising libido and a potentiality.
Selectively blocks central and peripheral presynaptic and postsynaptic (in high doses) alfa2-adrenoceptors. Has a promoting effect on TsNS.

Pharmacodynamics. Raises a sexual inclination, strengthens an erection, normalizes a potentiality.

Indications to use:

Strengthening of a potentiality (aphrodisiac), treatment of psychogenic and functional forms of erectile dysfunction.

Route of administration and doses:

Inside, during food, without chewing, washing down with a glass of water — 5–10 mg 1–3 times a day during 3–10 weeks; if necessary the course is repeated not earlier than in 10 weeks.

Features of use:

With care appoint at the diseases which are followed by risk of development of tachycardia or sharp decrease in the ABP.

Side effects:

Seldom — excitement, a tremor, a headache, dizziness, an abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea, orthostatic hypotension, tachycardia, a priapism.
