Ateroklefit

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 500 g of a grass of a clover.

Excipients: 40% alcohol (ethanol).

Ateroklefit represents liquid extract from a grass of a clover red, received by double extraction of raw materials of 40% by ethanol. According to results of the conducted preclinical trials, liquid extract of a grass of a clover red possesses moderate hypolipidemic action: promotes decrease in concentration of the general cholesterol, concentration of lipoproteids of the low density (LPNP) and increase in concentration of lipoproteids of the high density (LPVP).

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. The mechanism of effect of liquid extract of a grass of a clover red is connected with redistribution of cholesterol from LPNP in LPVP as a part of which cholesterol is quicker metabolized and removed from an organism. Liquid extract of a grass of a clover red also promotes decrease in intensity of peroxide oxidation of lipids; therefore peroxide modification of lipoproteids decreases and permeability of a vascular wall is normalized.

Pharmacokinetics. Data are absent.

Indications to use:

Type lla lipidemia across Frederikson, slight.

Route of administration and doses:

Inside: on 1 teaspoon of the drug which is previously divorced in 1/3 glasses of water, 3 times a day in 30 min. prior to meal. Course of treatment of 3-6 months. Carrying out a repeated course of treatment is possible according to the recommendation of the doctor. Before purpose of drug, the patient has to be transferred to a gipokholesterinemichesky diet which has to observe during the entire period of therapy.

Features of use:

Use at pregnancy and during breastfeeding. Drug is contraindicated to use at pregnancy and during breastfeeding. In need of purpose of drug in the period of a lactation breastfeeding should be stopped.

• The ethanol content in drug makes not less than 35%. The one-time share of drug (1 teaspoon) contains 1, 58 g of absolute alcohol, the maximum daily dose (3 teaspoons) contains 4, 74 g of absolute alcohol.
• During therapy by drug of Ateroklefit control of activity of "hepatic" transaminases, kreatinfosfokinaza, control of function of kidneys is necessary.
• Women of childbearing age at use of drug have to use reliable methods of contraception.
• It is not necessary to exceed the specified daily dose.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions (skin itch, rash), and also nausea, headache, feeling of bitterness in a mouth are possible.

Interaction with other medicines:

There are no data on interaction of drug of Ateroklefit at combined use it with other medicines, in particular, with hypolipidemic drugs now.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug components, age up to 18 years, a craniocereberal injury, diseases of a brain, liver diseases, the expressed renal failures, alcoholism.

With care to apply the patient with a renal failure easy and moderate severity. Before use of drug it is obligatory for the persons having chronic diseases to consult with the doctor.

Overdose:

At use of drug in the doses considerably exceeding recommended emergence of symptoms of a drunkenness is possible.

Symptomatic treatment.

Storage conditions:

At a temperature not over 25 ºС. To store in the place, unavailable to children. A period of validity - 2 years. Not to use drug after a period of validity.

Packaging:

Extract for intake liquid. On 30, 50 or 100 ml in the bottles from brown or orange glass for medicines corked by the covers screwed with the condensing element and control of the first opening. Each bottle together with the application instruction is placed in a pack from a cardboard.
