Drop Valocormidum

General characteristics. Structure:

Tincturas Valerianae of 10 ml, tinctures of a lily of the valley of 10 ml, tinctures of a belladonna of 5 ml, sodium of bromide of 4 g, menthol of 0,25 g, the water purified to 30 ml.

Pharmacological properties:

The combined drug which effect is caused by properties of the components which are its part has sedative, spasmolytic and cardiotonic effect.

Indications to use:

 As a calmative at the functional frustration of cardiovascular system which are followed by bradycardia.

Route of administration and doses:

The adult appoint inside till 10-20 drops 2-3 times a day to food. Duration of use is established individually by the doctor.

Features of use:

At prolonged use of drug in high doses reduction in the rate of psychomotor reactions is possible that should be considered during the driving of motor transport, work with mechanisms.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions are possible. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, heartburn, arrhythmias, headache.

Interaction with other medicines:

Drug strengthens action of the hypnagogues and other medicines oppressing the central nervous system.

Contraindications:

The increased individual sensitivity to drug components. Glaucoma. Endocarditis, myocarditis, liver and/or renal failure, respiratory insufficiency.
