Release form

Femoden release in the form of a dragee which part ethinylestradiol (in number of 30 mkg) and гестоден is (in number of 75 mkg). On 21 dragees in packaging.

Indications to Femoden's use

Femoden is shown for system protection from pregnancy.

Contraindications

Femoden according to the instruction it is contraindicated to apply in the following cases:

At a diabetes mellitus against the background of vascular complications;
In the presence of thromboses (both venous, and arterial), and also states which precede them (stenocardia, the tranzitorny ischemic attacks), during purpose of drug or in the anamnesis. It belongs to a deep vein thrombosis, a myocardial infarction, a thromboembolism of lungs, cerebrovascular disturbances;
At severe forms of a disease of a liver, jaundice, liver tumors (malignant or high-quality);
At vaginal bleedings of not clear genesis;
In cases of the revealed hormonedependent malignant diseases of mammary glands or generative organs, and also at suspicion on them;
At a lactation;
At pregnancy or suspicion on it;
At hypersensitivity to the main or auxiliary components of Femoden.

If similar states develop against the background of Femoden's reception, it should be cancelled immediately.

Femoden route of administration

Before Femoden's use according to the instruction it is necessary:

To undergo full gynecologic inspection (with a cytologic research of cervical slime and a research of mammary glands);
To exclude pregnancy existence;
To exclude existence and predisposition to disturbance of system of a blood coagulation (including risk factors).

Begin to accept Femoden according to the instruction in the first day (it is in certain cases allowed for 2-5 day) of a menstrual cycle.

Dragees Femoden apply daily in the order specified on packaging, for 21 days (it is desirable – at the same time). Reception of a dragee from new packaging is begun in seven days during which there is bleeding of cancellation of Femoden (menstrualnopodobny bleeding).

After abortion Femoden accept:

In the first trimester – immediately;
In the second trimester of pregnancy – for 21-28 day.

After the delivery Femoden it is also possible to begin to accept in 21-28 days.

At smokers (especially at women is after 35 years);
With age;

At obesity;
At arterial hypertension;
