Hemobilia

Description:

Hemobilia — release of blood with bile.

Hemobilia symptoms:

The hemobilia is shown by gastrointestinal  bleedings with attacks of pains in right hypochondrium and jaundice.

Hemobilia reasons:

This rare complication arising at a liver injury, her tumors, aneurism of hepatic vessels, an inflammation of bilious ways.

Treatment of the Hemobilia:

Cold on a stomach, hemostatics, hemotransfusion, administration of solutions of glucose, vitamins. At unsuccessfulness of such treatment — operation (audit of the vessel bleeding to bilious canals or a resection of the site of a liver). Patients with a hemobilia are subject to hospitalization.
