General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: 5 ml of Cimicifuga racemosa (Cimicifuga) (tsimitsifug of a ratsemos) of D1, 10 ml of Sanguinaria canadensis (Sanguinaria) (sanguinaria канаденсис) D6, 10 m of l of Pilocarpus (Jaborandi) (jaborandi leaf) of D6, 10 ml of Sepia officinalis (Sepia) (sepia оффисиналис) D12, 10 ml of Lachesis mutus (Lachesis) (лачесис мутус) D12.

Auxiliary components: alcohol (ethanol) - 43% on weight of 55 ml.

Pharmacological properties:

Homeopathic medicine which effect is caused by the components which are its part.

Indications to use:

Complex treatment of disturbances of a menstrual cycle (dysmenorrhea, secondary amenorrhea, premenstrual syndrome), menopausal syndrome, endometritis, adnexitis.

Route of administration and doses:

For ensuring the greatest efficiency ^Remens® should be accepted in 30 minutes prior to or in 1 hour after meal.

Features of use:

As drug contains vegetable natural components, at storage insignificant opacification and weakening of a smell and taste can be observed that does not lead to decrease in efficiency of drug. Administration of drug needs to be stopped immediately at emergence of signs of injury of a liver (yellowness, dark urine, pain in right hypochondrium, nausea, lack of appetite, weakness). In case of lack of improvement of a state within 1 month against the background of administration of drug, the patient should see a doctor.

Influence on ability to drive mechanisms and the car: during use of drug it is necessary to be careful when performing potentially dangerous types of activity requiring special attention and speed of psychomotor reactions.

Alcohol (ethanol) of 43% on weight is a part of drug. РЕМЕНС® (REMENS®) – drops contain in a single dose (10 drops) of 0,17 g of alcohol. The maximum daily dose (8 times a day on 10 drops) contains 1,35 g of alcohol (ethanol).

Side effects:

There can seldom be an increased salivation. Abnormal liver function. At emergence of other side effects it is necessary to see a doctor.

Interaction with other medicines:

Use of homeopathic medicines does not exclude treatment by other medicines. At simultaneous use with other drugs of a tsimitsifuga, strengthening of toxic action on a liver is possible.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug components, children's age up to 12 years (because of insufficiency of clinical data), pregnancy, the period of breastfeeding, a liver disease, simultaneous use of other drugs of a tsimitsifuga.

Overdose cases were not registered so far.

Storage conditions:

In original packaging and the place protected from strong electromagnetic fields at a temperature not above 25 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children. Period of storage of 5 years. Not to apply after the period of validity specified on packaging.

Drops are homeopathic. On 20, 50 or 100 ml of drug in bottles of brown glass (type III) with the screw-on cover from propylene with control of the first opening; with a dropper from polyethylene. Each bottle together with the application instruction is placed in a cardboard pack.
