General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: 0,5 g of Retinolum of palmitate (in terms of 100%), 3 g of methyluracil (dioxomethyltetrahydropyrimidine).

Excipients: butyl hydroxytoluene, butylhydroxyanisole, wax emulsion, a liquid paraffin, глицерол (glycerin), ethanol (alcohol) of 95%, water cleared.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Stimulates regeneration of skin, strengthens reproduction of epithelial cells of skin, slows down processes of keratinization, interferes with development of a hyperkeratosis. Local action is caused by existence on a surface of cells of an epithelium of specific retinolsvyazyvayushchy receptors.

Pharmacokinetics. Редецил® easily gets into skin, the maximum concentration of active ingredients in blood is reached in 3-4 hours after drawing and remains for 12 hours. An elimination half-life – 5,5 hours.

Indications to use:

Ichthyosis, hyperkeratosis, seborrheal dermatitis, psoriasis, pyoderma, atopic dermatitis, neurodermatitis, eczema, frostbites, burns, erosion, ulcers, cracks, at a skin atrophy after prolonged use of glucocorticosteroid drugs.

Route of administration and doses:

Ointment is applied a thin layer on affected areas of skin in the morning and in the evening within 4-12 weeks.

Features of use:

Pregnancy and period of a lactation. It is not recommended to apply on extensive sites of skin at pregnancy (1 trimester), feeding with a breast.

Side effects:

Ointment is well transferred. Strengthening of an itch and erubescence in drug sites of application is in some cases possible that demands temporary drug withdrawal before decrease in sharpness of process. Allergic reactions are possible.

Interaction with other medicines:

Do not apply in combination with other drugs containing vitamin A and retinoids in order to avoid a hypervitaminosis A. Nesovmestim with antibiotics of a tetracycline row.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug components, A hypervitaminosis, acute inflammatory diseases of skin.

Overdose:

It is not revealed.

Storage conditions:

At a temperature from 2 to 8 °C. Not to allow freezing. To store in the place, unavailable to children. a period of validity - 2 years. Drug should not be used after a period of validity.
