Сагенит®

General characteristics. Structure:

Active agent: Sygethinum (mezodietiletilendibenzolsulfonata of dipotassium dihydrate) 100 mg. Excipients Starch, stearic acid, cellulose microcrystallic.

Pharmacological properties:

Participates in implementation of positive and negative feedback in гипотоламо - pituitary and ovarian system, has the stabilizing effect on gonadotropic function of a hypophysis and the hypothalamic center, without having oestrogenic effect on target organs; strengthens reductions of a uterus; raises a placental blood stream; promotes increase in concentration in blood of beta lipoproteins, to increase in sensitivity of fabrics to effect of insulin and utilization of glucose.

Indications to use:

The menopausal syndrome (which is shown "inflows", the increased sweating, sleep disorders, irritability, a depression, forgetfulness, degenerative changes of skin and mucous membranes - fragility of nails, thinning of skin, formation of wrinkles, dystrophy mucous urinogenital ways).

Route of administration and doses:

To accept inside, irrespective of meal time, at climacteric frustration at women on 1 tablet a day. A daily dose - to 2 tablets a day. Course of treatment of 30-40 days.

Side effects:

Nausea, vomiting, dizziness, allergic reactions are in rare instances possible (rash, the century swelled); metrorrhagia, cholestatic jaundice.

Interaction with other medicines:

Strengthens action of diuretic, antiarrhytmic, hypotensive HP, anticoagulants. Weakens effects of male sex hormones. Folic acid and drugs of a thyroid gland increase efficiency of Sagenita®.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity, metrorrhagia. With care: Renal failure, abnormal liver function, giperlipoproteinemiya.

Packaging:

Сагенит® tablets of 100 mg. On 10 tablets in a blister strip packaging, one or three blister strip packagings together with the instruction on a medical use of drug in a cardboard pack.
