Vesical drift

Vesical drift – rather seldom found pathology during pregnancy development. Characteristic of a vesical drift is sharp increase in fibers of chorion which turn into puzyrkoobrazny expansions, various by the size, with total absence of blood vessels. Bubbles contain in themselves transparent liquid and can locally be located (then there is a speech about a partial vesical drift) or to captivate itself all chorion (a full vesical drift).

This pathology of development of pregnancy belongs to group of trophoblastic diseases which number also treat a tumor of a placental bed, a choriocarcinoma, an epithelioid tumor, etc. Effects of formation of a vesical drift inevitably lead to exchange disturbances between organisms of mother and future child and, as a rule, become a fruit cause of death.

On official statistics the vesical drift meets not more often once on one thousand childbirth.

Reasons of a vesical drift

Unfortunately, so far there is no enough scientific data unambiguously to judge the reasons of a vesical drift.

The greatest attention is deserved today by the following hypotheses of the reasons of a vesical drift:

- the infectious reasons (disturbances of chorion provoke viruses and toxoplasma);

- hormonal reasons (insufficient production of estrogen organism of future mother);

- genetic reasons (as special case of the general aberation chromosomes, i.e. pathologies of development of fetal egg).

Types

Specialists allocate three conditional groups of vesical drifts today:

- A high-quality vesical drift (with lack of an anaplaziya and a hyperplasia of a chorial epithelium);

- Potentially malignant vesical drift (having insignificant degree of an anaplaziya and a hyperplasia of a chorial epithelium);

- Possibly malignant vesical drift (with obviously expressed extent of proliferation and an anaplaziya of a chorial epithelium).

Symptoms of a vesical drift

In most cases the vesical drift occurs at very young and elderly pregnant women. The following signs belong to the most probable symptoms of a vesical drift:

- bloody allocations from a genital tract against the background of an amenorrhea;

- discrepancy of the sizes of a uterus to estimated duration of gestation (increase in the sizes of a uterus is diagnosed);

- phenomena of early and late toxicosis of pregnant women;

- in some cases the tugoelastichesky consistence of a uterus is observed;

- the tekalyuteinovy cysts of ovaries (from two parties) having tendency to regressive development after treatment of a disease are sometimes formed.

Treatment of a vesical drift

First-priority treatment of a vesical drift consists in its removal from a cavity of the uterus. The full scraping of mucous walls of a uterus by means of the special tool – the gynecologic curette is made. In the presence of an opportunity for removal use a vacuum aspiration method. An indispensable condition of successful treatment of a vesical drift is the direction of remote fabrics for histologic examination.

Need of a histologic research after removal of a vesical drift is caused by possibility of a dangerous complication – horionepitelioma (a malignant trophoblastic disease). Property to metastasize quickly has this appearance of a tumor (in most cases in pulmonary fabric). Therefore after removal of a vesical drift X-ray inspection of bodies of a thorax for an exception of a similar complication has to be obligatory inspection of the woman.

The patient by all means has to be under observation of the oncologist not less than two years. Also on continuation of all this term pregnancy is categorically contraindicated.
