Ashoffsky primary affect

Ashoffsky primary affect (German pathologist of L. Aschoff, 1866-1942; synonym: ashoffsky primary инфект) – infiltrate (an inflammatory etiology) of an intestinal crypt of a worm-shaped shoot of a wedge-shaped form, according to the infectious theory of developing of appendicitis of Ashoff, is the place where there is primary localization of microbes.
