Bekhtereva calcaneal reflex

Bekhtereva calcaneal reflex (V. M. Bekhterev, Soviet psychoneurologist and physiologist, 1857-1927; a reflex from armor. reflexus – turned back, reflected) – pathological reaction: the bottom bending of fingers observed at blow by a hammer on the bottom surface of a heel; it is noted at defeat of pyramidal ways.
