Bailey way

Bailey way (P. Bailey, amer. neurosurgeon, sort. in 1892) – a method of opening of a back cranial pole at which carry out an osteoplastic craniotrypesis with an exposure of an upper part of a cerebellum and lower part of an occipital share, with a section of the cross sine which is in the middle of a surgery field.
