Billroth-Bassini operation (Ch. A. Th. Billroth, Austrian surgeon, 1829-1894; E. Bassini, the Italian surgeon, 1846-1924) – the surgery applied at femoral hernia at which hem an inguinal sheaf to a periosteum of a pubic bone and a lacunary ligament.
