Furrow of an upper sagittal sine [sulcus sinus sagittalis superioris – PNA (The anatomic nomenclature Parisian); sulcus sagittalis – BNA (The anatomic nomenclature Basel), JNA (The anatomic nomenclature Yenskaya)] – the general name of the deepenings lying on the sagittal plane on the internal surface of occipital, parietal and frontal bones; in a furrow there is a venous sine of the same name.
