Brown operation

Brown operation (D. J. Browne, the English surgeon, was born in 1892) – the surgery applied at a hypospadias to formation of an urethra from a penis piece of leather; the rag is lowered in the slit located on the lower surface of a penis, pulling together over it edges of a wound.
