Bursitis (bursitis; lat. bursa – a purse, the bag, from Greek byrsa – skinned a skin + lat. - it (word formation a suffix) – inflammatory process) – proceeding in a synovial bag and followed by accumulation of exudate in her cavities, inflammatory process.
