Garanzho amputation (R. J. C. Garengeot, French surgeon, 1688-1759; lat. amputatio – cutting off; synonym: Garanzho exarticulation) – the amputation of foot performed at the level of metatarsophalangeal joints at which heads of plusnevy bones cover with the skin rag taken from a bottom surface of foot.
