Aminopeptidases

Aminopeptidases – enzymes of a class of hydrolases which catalyze splitting poly-and tripeptides, and also proteins, with the subsequent formation of free amino acids. Aminopeptidases are present at all fabrics of plants and animals, and also at microorganisms.
