Internal cover (tunica intima – PNA (The anatomic nomenclature Parisian), BNA (The anatomic nomenclature Basel), JNA (The anatomic nomenclature Yenskaya), LNH (The Leningrad histologic nomenclature; synonym: an intima) – area of a wall lymphatic and blood vessels, located from the inside, including a subendothelial layer, an endothelium and network or an elastic membrane.
