Vitrum

Vitrum – polyvitaminic drug with a complex micro and macrocells.

Form of release and structure

The dosage form – film coated kapsulovidny tablets with the engraved text of "VITRUM" on one of the parties, and dividing risky – on another, color of tablets from whitish-peach to peach, is allowed a specific smell (on 30, 60, 100, 120 or 130 pieces in polyethylene bottles, on 1 bottle in a cardboard pack).

Content of active components is to 1 tablet of Vitrum:

Vitamins:

• A (Retinolum acetate) and бетакаротен – 5000 International Units (IU) of/1,515 mg;
• _B1 (thiamin mononitrate) – 1,5 mg;
• _B2 (Riboflavinum) – 1,7 mg;
• _B5 (calcium pantothenate in terms of pantothenic acid) – 10 mg;
• _B6 (a pyridoxine a hydrochloride) – 2 mg;
• _B9 (folic acid) – 0,4 mg;
• _B12 (cyanocobalamine) – 0,006 mg;
• C (ascorbic acid) – 60 mg;
• _D3 (колекальциферол) – 400 ME/0,01 mg;
• E (alpha tocopherol acetate) – 30 ME/30 mg;
• N (biotin) – 0,03 mg;
• _K1 (phytomenadionum) – 0,025 mg;
• PP (niacinamide) – 20 mg.

Minerals:

• Gland fumarates in terms of iron – 18 mg;
• Potassium iodide in terms of iodine – 0,15 mg;
• Potassium chloride in terms of potassium – 40 mg;
• Potassium chloride in terms of chloride – 36,3 mg;
• Calcium hydrophosphate in terms of calcium – 162 mg;
• Calcium hydrophosphate in terms of phosphorus – 125 mg;
• Silicon dioxide in terms of silicon – 0,01 mg;
• Magnesium oxide in terms of magnesium – 100 mg;
• Manganese sulfate in terms of manganese – 2,5 mg;
• Copper oxide in terms of copper – 2 mg;
• Sodium meta vanadate in terms of vanadium – 0,01 mg;
• Sodium molybdate in terms of molybdenum – 0,025 mg;
• Sodium selenate in terms of selenium – 0,025 mg;
• Nickel sulfate in terms of nickel – 0,005 mg;
• Tin chloride in terms of tin – 0,01 mg;
• Chrome chloride in terms of chrome – 0,025 mg;
• Zinc oxide in terms of zinc – 15 mg.

Excipients: cellulose microcrystallic, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, croscarmellose sodium.

Structure of a cover: titanium dioxide, gipromelloz, dye sunset yellow (E110), triacetin, dye red charming (E129).

Indications to use

Vitrum is shown for prevention of a lack of mineral substances and microelements, a hypovitaminosis, in such cases:

• Unbalanced and hyponutrient;
• Intensive exercise and intellectual stress;
• Rehabilitation after the postponed diseases.

One tablet of Vitrum a day is enough to provide the adult's organism with necessary amount of vitamins and minerals for maintenance of good health and strengthening of health.

Contraindications

• Age up to 18 years;
• Hypervitaminosis of A and/or D;
• Period of pregnancy and lactation;
• Hypersensitivity to drug components.

Route of administration and dosage

Vitrum is accepted orally, on 1 tablet a day, after food.

The period of reception is appointed by the doctor individually.

Side effects

Individual sensitivity to substances of drug can become the reason of allergic reactions.

Nausea, disorders of the digestive tract (DT), weakness can be symptoms of overdose. At emergence of any of these effects the patient should see a doctor.

For treatment of overdose it is necessary to carry out the procedure of a gastric lavage, to accept absorbent carbon then symptomatic therapy is carried out.

Special instructions

It is not necessary to exceed the drug dose recommended in the instruction.

Drug does not exert impact on ability to control of difficult mechanisms and to driving of motor transport.

Medicinal interaction

Drug contains calcium and iron therefore at simultaneous use to antibiotics of group of tetracyclines, and also antimicrobic means – decrease in absorption of the last in a GIT happens derivatives of a ftorkhinolon.

It is not recommended to accept the drugs containing A and D vitamins along with Vitrum, it can lead to overdose of these vitamins.

Joint reception with Colestyraminum and antiacid means, calciferous, aluminum, magnesium – reduces digestion of iron; thiazide diuretics – promotes increase in risk of development of a hypercalcemia.

The combination of ascorbic acid as a part of Vitrum with drugs from group of streptocides strengthens their antimicrobic action and side effects.

Terms and storage conditions

To store in the dry place at a temperature of 10-30 °C. To protect from children.

Period of validity – 5 years.
