Description:

Neuroleukaemia (neuroleukosis) is one of frequent complications of a leukosis. Neuroleukaemia is an infiltration (defeat) by tumor cells of the central nervous system (covers of a brain, cranial nerves, brain substance).

Especially often this complication occurs at an acute lymphoblastoid leukosis at children, is more rare - at other forms of an acute leukosis. Developing of neuroleukoses is caused by innidiation of leukemic cells in covers of a head and spinal cord or in brain substance - this option is heavier in treatment and the forecast.
