Абомин®

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: * абомин® - 200 mg;

Excipients: potato starch, calcium stearate – before receiving a tablet weighing 0,24 g.

* Abomin represents abomasal enzymes of calfs and eanlings of milk age (with the content of lactose not less than 70%) 50000 ME.

Description. Tablets of a biconvex form from light yellow till yellowish-gray color with the slight specific smell inherent to abomasal enzyme. Impregnations of various degree of intensity are allowed, it is heterogeneous distributed on a surface of tablets.

Pharmacological properties:

Abomin - the drug received from a mucous membrane of a stomach of calfs and eanlings of milk age. Contains the sum of the proteolytic enzymes operating on food (preferential milk) proteins. Improves process of digestion at insufficiency of fermental activity of a gastric juice.

Indications to use:

The digestive tract diseases which are followed by disturbance of the digesting ability of a gastric juice (an akhiliya, hypo - and anacid gastritises, dyspepsia, states after a stomach resection, gastritis, a gastroenteritis, a coloenteritis, etc.).

Route of administration and doses:

Children are more senior than 14 years and adults - inside on 1 tablet 3 times a day during food within 1–2 months. At insufficient efficiency the single dose can be increased to 2–3 tablets by reception, and the course of treatment is prolonged up to 3 months. At acute gastritises, a gastroenteritis and colitis – on 1 tablet 3 times a day within 2-3 days.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions, nausea, heartburn are possible.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug, children's age up to 14 years (for this dosage form).

Storage conditions:

In the dry, protected from light place, at a temperature from 15 to 25 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children.

Tablets 50000 ME.

On 10 tablets in planimetric bezjyacheykovy packaging or in a blister strip packaging. 1, 2, 3 blister strip packagings on 10 tablets together with the application instruction place in a pack from a cardboard. 400 planimetric bezjyacheykovy packagings together with the equal number of application instructions place in a box from corrugated fibreboard.
