Trokserutin

General characteristics. Structure:

Active agent: троксерутин - 2,0 g

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Trokserutin represents derivative a routine, has R-vitamin activity, venotoniziruyushchy, angioprotektorny, antiedematous, antioxidant and antiinflammatory action. Trokserutin participates in oxidation-reduction processes, blocks hyaluronidase stabilizes hyaluronic acid of cellular membranes and reduces permeability and fragility of capillaries, raises their tone. Increases density of a vascular wall, reduces exudation of a liquid part and emigration of blood cells. Reduces an inflammation in a vascular wall, limiting adhesion of thrombocytes to its surface.

Indications to use:

- varicosity;
- chronic venous insufficiency with such manifestations as hypostases, pains, weight in the lower extremities;
- superficial thrombophlebitis, periphlebitis, phlebothrombosis;
- posttrombotichesky syndrome;
- posttraumatic hypostasis, hematomas;
- prevention of complications after vein operation;
- hemorrhoids.

Route of administration and doses:
