General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 10 mg of trypsin.

The fermental drug received from a pancreas of cattle and having proteolytic (nekrolitichesky), the antiinflammatory and stimulating regeneration mechanism of medical action.

It is effective for treatment of inflammatory and it is purulent - necrotic processes in surgery, otorhinolaryngology, ophthalmology, pulmonology, obstetrics and gynecology, stomatology, urology.




Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Trypsin crystal - the fermental drug of proteolytic action received from a pancreas of cattle. Trypsin has the expressed antiinflammatory and antiedematous properties, is capable to split devitalized sites of fabrics, fibrinous educations, viscous secrets and exudates. In relation to healthy fabrics enzyme is inactive and safe in connection with availability of trypsin inhibitors in them (specific and nonspecific). Does not influence system of a hemostasis.


Indications to use:

Bronchoectatic disease, abscesses of lungs, exudative pleurisy, postoperative atelectases, pleura empyema; treatment of purulent wounds and burns; chronic purulent otitises, purulent sinusitis, antritises; acute thrombophlebitises, acute and chronic dontogenous osteomyelites, inflammatory and dystrophic forms of periodontosis, acute irites and iridocyclites, hemorrhages in a chamber of the eye and hypostases of okologlaznichny fabrics after injuries and operations, impassability of slezootvodyashchy ways.


Route of administration and doses:

Trypsin crystal is applied intramusculary, intraplevralno, in the form of aerosols and an electrophoresis.

Intramusculary: trypsin the adult on 0,005-0,01 g –1-2 times a day, to children on 0,0025 g of 1 times a day. For injections part, just before use, 0,005 g of trypsin of solution of sodium of chloride, crystal in 1-2 ml of 0,9%, or 0,5-2% of solution of Procainum. Course of treatment of 6-15 injections. Apply also an electrophoresis with trypsin: on one procedure of 10 mg of trypsin (to dissolve in 15-20 ml of the distilled water), enter from a negative pole.

 It is inhalation: on 0,005-0,01 g in 2-3 ml of 0,9% of solution of sodium of chloride through an inhaler or via the bronchoscope. After inhalation to rinse a mouth warm water and to wash out a nose.

Eye drops: 0,2-0,25% solution which is prepared just before use, 3-4 times a day within 1-3 days.

Intraplevralno: 1 time in days of 10-20 mg of the drug dissolved in 20-50 ml of 0,9% of solution of sodium of chloride after introduction frequent change of position of a body is desirable; for the 2nd day after instillation produce, as a rule, the liquefied exudate.

Locally: in the form of powder or solution, on dry or nekrotizirovanny wounds, impose compresses (solution is prepared just before use: 50 mg of trypsin dissolve in 5 ml of sterile water or normal saline solution, at treatment of purulent wounds - in 5 ml of phosphatic buffered solution). The three-layered woven cloth from dialdehyde cellulose impregnated with trypsin is imposed on a wound (after its processing) and fixed by a bandage,
leave no more than 24 h on a wound. Before use the cloth is moistened with the distilled water or solution of Furacilin. Time of full clarification of a wound from necrotic fabrics and pus – 24-72 h. If necessary - apply repeatedly.


Features of use:

Perhaps only provided that the expected advantage for the woman exceeds possible risk, both for the woman, and for the child. It is impossible to administer the drug in the centers of an inflammation and in the bleeding cavities. It is impossible to administer the drug intravenously. It is impossible to apply trypsin on ulcerated surfaces of malignant tumors in order to avoid distribution of malignant process.


Side effects:

Allergic reactions. Fervescence, tachycardia. Morbidity and a hyperemia in the place of an injection at intramuscular introduction. At inhalation of trypsin the irritation of mucous membranes of upper respiratory tracts and hoarseness of a voice can appear.


Interaction with other medicines:

Only at inhalation it is possible to add bronchodilatory substances and antibiotics to solution.


Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity, heart failure, emphysema of lungs with respiratory insufficiency, a dekompensirovanny form of a pulmonary tuberculosis, dystrophy and cirrhosis, infectious hepatitis, damages of kidneys, pancreatitis, hemorrhagic diathesis.



Storage conditions:

To store in the place protected from light at a temperature not above +10 °C. To protect from children!

Lyophilisate for preparation of solution for injections and topical administration of 10 mg (bottles of 5 ml). 10 bottles together with the application instruction in a cardboard pack.
