Aloe extract liquid

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 1,5 mg of an aloe of extract dry with recalculation on oxidability in 1 ml of solution.

Excipients: sodium chloride, water for injections.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Biogenic stimulator. Renders adaptogenny, all-tonic, laxative, antiseptic and cholagogue action. Improves cellular metabolism, a trophicity and an angenesis, increases the general nonspecific resistance of an organism and resistance of mucous membranes to action of the damaging agents, accelerates regeneration processes. The protea has some antimicrobic activity concerning streptococci, stafilokokk, typroid and dysenteric sticks. Stimulates mechanisms of nonspecific protection of an organism. Stimulates reproductive function of men. Increases mobility of sprmatozoid.

Pharmacokinetics. It is not described.

Indications to use:

Ophthalmology: apply as a part of complex therapy inflammatory diseases of eyes (blepharites, conjunctivitis, a keratitis), at an opacity of the vitreous body, a miopichesky chorioretinitis, an iritis, a pigmental retinitis, an atrophy of an optic nerve, the progressing short-sightedness.

Gastroenterology: as a part of complex therapy at a loss of appetite, treatment of a number of gastrointestinal diseases out of aggravation stages (gastritis, a gastroduodenit, a coloenteritis, cholecystitis).

Pulmonology: as a part of complex therapy of bronchial asthma, tuberculosis, pneumonia.

Neurology: as a part of complex therapy of neuralgia, neuritis, radiculoneurites, the residual phenomena after the had polyneurites and strokes, at decrease in hearing and sense of smell.

For treatment of cicatricial changes of fabrics, trophic ulcers. At treatment of infertility (including at men).

Route of administration and doses:

Subcutaneously. Daily on 1 ml (the maximum daily dose of 3 - 4 ml), children to 5 years-0,2-0,3 ml, 5 years – 0,5 ml are more senior. The course of 30-50 injections, repeated courses of treatment pass after two - a three-months break.

At tubercular damages of airways an initial dose of 0,2 ml with gradual increase.

At bronchial asthma enter within 10-15 days on 1-1,5 ml daily, then 1 time in 2 days; in total on a course of 30-35 injections.

Features of use:

In medicine existence of the suspension, at storage which is dropping out in a deposit which when stirring ampoules passes into a uniform suspension is allowed.

With care to apply to persons of advanced and senile age.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions, increase in arterial pressure, hyperthermia, diarrhea.

At hypodermic introduction morbidity in the place of an injection is possible. In that case enter previously 0,5 ml of solution of 20 mg/ml of novocaine.

Interaction with other medicines:

At prolonged use of medicine reduction of content of potassium in an organism is possible that can promote strengthening of effect of cardiac glycosides and antiarrhytmic medicines. At simultaneous use of the Aloe of extract liquid and thiazide diuretics, loopback diuretics, medicines of a glycyrrhiza, corticosteroids the risk of development of deficit of potassium increases.

The aloe extract liquid exponentiates action of the purgatives and medicines stimulating a hemopoiesis.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity, pregnancy, children's age till 1 year, a chronic renal failure, chronic heart failure, arterial hypertension, a metrorrhagia, hemorrhoids, cystitis, acute inflammatory diseases of bodies of digestive tract, a pneumorrhagia, a cholelithiasis.

Overdose:

It is not revealed.

Storage conditions:

In the place protected from light, at a temperature not above 25 °C. Not to freeze. To store in the place, unavailable to children. Period of validity 3 years. Not to use medicine after the termination of a period of validity.
