General characteristics. Structure:
Active ingredients: 22 mg of Methylglyoxal (methyl glyoxal) of D10, 22 mg of Glyoxal (glyoxal) of D10 and 2,2 ml of an injection rastovr.
Excipients: isotonic solution of q.s sodium chloride.
Pharmacological properties:
Pharmacodynamics. Drug acts on GOT (glutamine of transaminases of oxalic acid), activates work of enzymes of cellular respiration, the ATP recovering synthesis. Resumes work of carbonyl groups of fermental systems which eliminate toxins (quinones) from intracellular space. Normalizes a metabolism. Effect of drug is based on activation of protective forces of an organism and normalization of the broken functions at the expense of the substances which are a part of drug.
Pharmacokinetics. For homeopathic medicines is not defined.
Indications to use:
As a part of complex therapy of acute viral infections, chronic infectious and inflammatory diseases (a viral hepatitis, coloenterites, a glomerulonephritis), a maintenance therapy at degenerative and dystrophic diseases as bronchial asthma, stenocardia, multiple sclerosis, a scleroderma, muscular dystrophy, and also at oncological diseases.
Route of administration and doses:
Single dose: to adults and children 12 years - 2,2 ml are more senior. To apply a single dose of 1 - 3 time a week in the form of injections intramuscular, hypodermic, intradermal, intravenous (struyno), and also orally (to dissolve a single dose in 5 - 10 ml of water and to drink, detaining for several seconds in a mouth).
Average course of treatment - to 10 injections.
Features of use:
Use during pregnancy or feeding by a breast. Toxicity during pregnancy or feeding by a breast of homeopathic divorced substances which are a part of this medicine is not established.

The question of expediency of use of drug to pregnant women and women who nurse is solved by the doctor individually taking into account advantage/risk.
Children. Drug is recommended for use to children aged from 12 years.
Features of use. Short-term fervescence or a local hyperemia and pain is sometimes noted, it does not demand the treatment termination. In case of such reactions the repeated injection needs to be carried out only after disappearance of reaction from the previous injection.
