General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 0,25 mg изотретиноин.

Excipients: butyl hydroxytoluene, butylhydroxyanisole, propylene glycol, ethanol (alcohol) of 95%.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Izotretinoin represents one of biologically active forms of vitamin A. It brakes a terminal differentiation of sebotsit, hyper proliferation of an epithelium of output channels of sebaceous glands, normalizes structure of their secret and facilitates its evacuation. At the expense of it production of skin fat decreases, its allocation is facilitated, the structure is normalized, inflammatory reaction around glands decreases.

Solution has anti-seborrheal, antiinflammatory, keratolytic effect; strengthens processes of regeneration in skin.

Indications to use:

At adults and teenagers 11 years papulo-pustular and komedonalny forms of eels ordinary are more senior, than a rozatse (at a small amount of rashes), perioral dermatitis, unsharply expressed seborrheal dermatitis. After cancellation of the retinoids applied inside or rektalno use of the drug Retasol® for the purpose of maintenance of the reached clinical effect is possible.

Route of administration and doses:

Solution is applied with a cotton plug on previously cleared skin (after washing or wiping by the tonic which is not containing alcohol) by 2 times a day. Treatment duration - 4-12 weeks. The repeated course of treatment is possible after consultation with the doctor.

Features of use:

Pregnancy and lactation. It is contraindicated during pregnancy, feeding by a breast and to the women planning pregnancy.

It is not recommended to apply solution on skin around eyes, and also at the expressed acute inflammation. It is impossible to apply on mucous membranes.

Side effects:

Interaction with other medicines:

It is not necessary to appoint solution the patient receiving other drugs from group of reginoid to reduce risk of emergence of a hypervitaminosis And.

Effect of solution is weakened at co-administration of antibiotics of tetracycline group, and also at topical administration of glucocorticosteroids.

Contraindications:

Overdose:
