General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 64 UE hyaluronidases.

Excipients: novocaine of 5% as solvent.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. The fermental drug emitted from seed plants of cattle. The main component of interstitial substance of connecting fabric splits hyaluronic acid (mucopolysaccharide which part are ацетилглюкозамин and glucuronic acid, is a cement substance of connecting fabric), reduces its viscosity, increases fabric and vascular permeability, facilitates the movement of liquids in interfabric spaces; reduces puffiness of fabric, softens and flattens hems, increases the volume of movements in joints, reduces contractures and prevents their formation.

Hyaluronidase causes disintegration of hyaluronic acid to a glycosamine and glyukurovy acid and by that reduces its viscosity.

Action duration at intradermal introduction - to 48 h.

Indications to use:

Burn, traumatic, postoperative hems; it is long not healing ulcers (including beam); palmar fibromatosis; rigidity of joints, contractures of joints (after inflammatory processes, injuries), the osteoarthrosis ankylosing a spondylarthritis, a serious illness of lumbar disks; chronic tendovaginitis, scleroderma (skin manifestations), hematoma of soft tissues of superficial localization; preparation for skin plastic surgeries concerning cicatricial styazheniye.

The pulmonary tuberculosis (complicated by nonspecific damages of bronchial tubes), inflammatory processes in upper respiratory tracts and bronchial tubes with the obstruction phenomena.

Route of administration and doses:

Inhalations carry out daily 1 time, using 5 ml of solution (320 UE). The course of treatment consists of 20-25 inhalations. If necessary conduct repeated courses with intervals of 1,5-2 months.

In the form of the bandages impregnated with drug solution. For solution preparation everyone 64 UE dissolve sterile 0,9% of solution of sodium of chloride or boiled water of room temperature in 10 ml. Moisten with this solution the sterile bandage put in 4-5 layers, impose it on an affected area, cover with wax paper and fix a soft bandage. The dose depends on the area of defeat (32-64 UE/kv.sm), on average - 320 UE on a bandage. The bandage is applied daily 15-18 h within 15-60 days. At use by method of an electrophoresis 320 UE dissolve in 64 ml of the distilled water, add 2-3 cap of 0,1% of acid solution of hydrochloric and enter from the anode on an affected area within 20-30 min. A course of treatment - 15-20 sessions. The application mode of dosing can be alternated to an electrophoresis. The prepared solution has to be used during 24 h.

Features of use:

Solution should not be entered through a catheter into which entered the solutions containing cations earlier.

Solutions for injections prepare for 0,9% solution of sodium of chloride or 0,5% Procainum solution, for inhalations — for 0,9% chloride sodium solution, for an electrophoresis — on the distilled water.

Before an initiation of treatment it is reasonable to carry out the test with intradermal introduction 20 мкл hyaluronidases.

It is not necessary to enter into zones of an infectious inflammation and a tumor. At acute hemorrhages hyaluronidase is not applied.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions; at prolonged use - locally irritant action.

Interaction with other medicines:

Improves absorption of the medicines entered subcutaneously or intramusculary, strengthens effect of local anesthetics.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity, acute infectious and inflammatory diseases, recent hemorrhages. For inhalation introduction - a pulmonary tuberculosis with the expressed respiratory insufficiency; pulmonary bleeding, pneumorrhagia; malignant new growths, fresh vitreous hemorrhage. The accompanying reception of estrogen.

Overdose:

Symptoms: fever, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, tachycardia, lowering of arterial pressure, local hypostasis, small tortoiseshell, erythema.

Treatment: introduction of Epinephrinum, glucocorticosteroids; antihistaminic drugs.

Storage conditions:
