Inspiron of a tablet

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 1 tablet contains fenspirida a hydrochloride, in terms of 100% substance, 80 mg;

auxiliary veshchestva:kaltion hydrophosphate, dihydrate; gipromeloz (gidroksipropilmetiltsellyuloz); povidone; silicon dioxide colloid anhydrous; magnesium stearate; mix for a covering of "Opadry II WHITE" 33G28707.

Mix for a covering of "Opadry II WHITE" 33G28707 (a gipromeloz (gidroksipropilmetiltsellyuloz); titanium dioxide (Е 171); lactose, monohydrate; polyethyleneglycol (macrogoal) 3000; triacetin).

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Инспирон® has the antibronkhokonstriktorny and antiinflammatory properties caused by interaction of several interconnected mechanisms:

– has antiinflammatory effect which leads to reduction of a producing various pro-inflammatory factors (cytokines, TNF-a, derivative arachidonic acid, prostaglandins, leukotrienes, thromboxane, free radicals) some of which also have bronkhokonstriktorny effect;

– inhibits the a1-adrenoceptors stimulating secretion of viscous slime.

Pharmacokinetics. The maximum concentration in a blood plasma is reached on average in 6 hours after oral administration. An elimination half-life – 12 hours. Fenspirid is brought from an organism preferential with urine.

Main physical and chemical properties: tablets, film coated white color, a round form, with a two-convex surface. On a break the kernel of white or almost white color is visible.

Indications to use:

Treatment of acute and chronic inflammatory processes of ENT organs and respiratory tracts (otitis, sinusitis, rhinitis, a nasopharyngitis, tracheitis, rinotrakheobronkhit, bronchitis), the chronic obstructive diseases of lungs (CODL), as a part of complex therapy of bronchial asthma. Seasonal and year-round allergic rhinitis and other displays of an allergy from respiratory system and ENT organs. Respiratory displays of measles, flu. Symptomatic treatment of whooping cough.

Route of administration and doses:

It is recommended to apply the adult. For oral administration. To accept before food. Daily dose. The usual recommended therapeutic dose for treatment of chronic inflammatory processes makes 2 tablets a day (in the morning and in the evening). For strengthening of effect and/or in case of acute diseases – 3 tablets a day (in the morning, in the afternoon and in the evening).

Course of treatment. Duration of treatment depends on the course of a disease and is defined by the doctor individually.

To children drug is used only in the form of syrup.

Features of use:

Treatment by drug does not replace an antibioticotherapia.

Инспирон®следует to apply with care to patients with hereditary intolerance of a galactose, deficit of lactase or a sprue of a glucose/galactose.

Ability to influence speed of response at control of motor transport or the robot with other mechanisms.

Drug has no significant effect on ability to manage motor transport and to work with various mechanisms.

Side effects:

Children. This dosage form is not applied in pediatric practice.

Overdose:

At reception of a large amount of drug drowsiness or excitement, nausea, vomiting, sinus tachycardia can be observed.

Storage conditions:
