The Sinus Tachycardia (ST) — increase of cordial reductions in rest more than 90 in a minute. At a heavy exercise stress normal the regular sinoatrial rate increases to 150–160 in a minute (at athletes — to 200–220).
Symptoms of Sinus tachycardia:
Clinical manifestations: heartbeat, feeling of weight, sometimes pains in heart, symptoms of a basic disease.

Treatment of Sinus tachycardia:
Elimination of the revealed risk factor: an exception of smoking, alcohol intake, strong tea, coffee, reception of spicy food, sympathomimetic means (including in drops in a nose).
