Description:
The pericardis is accumulation of liquid in cavities and irritation of a pericardium which represents a pericardiac bag.
Pericardis symptoms:
Can be symptoms of a pericardis:
* Pain in a breast. Often there is acute or dull constant pain. It can be localized on the center of a thorax and can sometimes extend to the left shoulder. Pain can amplify at deep breath, in a prone position or when swallowing, and sitting and an inclination mozhnut it forward to facilitate.
* Temperature increase to low figures.
* The general feeling of weakness, fatigue or sparseness in the head.
* Asthma.
* Cough.
* Hiccups.
* Muscle pains.
Pain arising at a pericardis differs from pain at stenocardia which usually worsens at a tension, but does not change at deep breath. You have to report to the doctor about any pain which arose in your thorax. At early stages of a pericardis can be heavy to define, there was this pain owing to an inflammation or, perhaps, owing to heart attack.
If you had pericardis complications, then you have a risk of development of an acute heart failure. Symptoms of an acute heart failure include suddenly arisen heavy asthma, the wrong or accelerated heartbeat and cough with allocation of a pink foamy phlegm. Pericardis reasons:
In most cases the reason of a pericardis is unknown or it is considered that it is caused by a viral infection.
Heart attack, bacterial infection, injury of a thorax or radiation therapy at cancer diseases can be more rare reasons. Also the renal failure, HIV infection, tuberculosis, a hypothyroidism, autoimmune diseases, such as a system lupus erythematosus or reception of certain medicines can cause a pericardis.
Treatment of the Pericardis:

In certain cases the doctor can appoint to you more powerful medicines.
