General characteristics. Structure:

Chemical name: аденозин-5`-трифосфато-гистидинато-магния (ІІ) trikaliyevy salt octahydrate from sodium chloride; main physical and chemical properties: tablets on 0,01 g of white color, with a flat surface, with a facet; tablets on 0,02 g of white color, with a flat surface, with a facet and risky;
structure: 1 tablet supports ATP LONG of 0,01 g or 0,02 g with the maintenance of the sum of adipic nucleotides of 6,3 mg or 12,6 mg respectively; excipients: icing sugar, starch corn, calcium stearate, aerosil, tabletoza-80, Natrium benzoicum.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. АТФ-ЛОНГ® is original medicine of a new class of substances – raznoligandny coordination connections with makroergichesky phosphates which molecule consists from adenosine-5' - triphosphate (ATP), amino acid of a histidine and salts of magnesium and potassium. Thanks to original structure the molecule has characteristic only of it pharmacological action which is not inherent in any of its chemical components (ATP, a histidine, K+, Mg ++). АТФ-ЛОНГ® stimulates energy balance, activity of iontransportny systems of membranes of cells, normalizes concentration of potassium ions and magnesium, indicators of lipidic structure of membranes, activity of membranozavisimy enzymes, improves antioxidant system of protection of a myocardium, reduces concentration of uric acid. АТФ-ЛОНГ® possesses antiischemic, membrane stabilizing, antiarrhytmic action thanks to normalization of metabolic processes in a myocardium at ischemia and a hypoxia. АТФ-ЛОНГ® improves indicators of the central and peripheral hemodynamics, coronary circulation, increases sokratitelny ability of a myocardium, a functional condition of a left ventricle and cordial emission which leads to increase in indicators of physical effeciency. In the conditions of ischemia drug reduces consumption by an oxygen myocardium, improves coronary circulation, activates a functional condition of heart that leads to reduction of frequency of attacks of stenocardia and asthma during exercise stresses. Drug recovers a normal sinoatrial rate at patients with Bouveret's supraventricular and supraventricular disease, with blinking and an atrial flutter, and also reduces activity of the ectopic centers (atrial and ventricular extrasystoles). АТФ-ЛОНГ® normalizes concentration of potassium ions and magnesium in fabrics.

Pharmacokinetics. It was not studied.

Indications to use:

Drug is appointed in complex treatment of coronary heart disease, unstable stenocardia, a postinfarction and miokarditichesky cardiosclerosis, Bouveret's supraventricular and supraventricular disease and in complex therapy of other disturbances of a rhythm; at vegetative frustration, microcardiodystrophy, a syndrome of chronic fatigue, a hyperuricemia of various origin.

Route of administration and doses:

The pill ATF-LONG® is taken sublingual (under language) and held to a full rassasyvaniye. A single dose - 10-40 mg 3-4 times a day, irrespective of meal. The term of treatment is determined by the doctor, it averages 20-30 days. If necessary the course is repeated in 10-15 days. At acute cordial states and a paroxysmal ciliary arrhythmia the single dose of 10-40 mg is accepted every 5-10 minutes before disappearance of negative symptoms. The maximum daily dose makes 400-600 mg. There is no experience of use of drug for children.

Features of use:

At a combination of an atrioventricular block to other disturbances of a rhythm drug is not appointed. At long use АТФ-ЛОНГ®а it is necessary to control the level of potassium and magnesium in blood.

Side effects:

It is not established. Emergence of nausea, unpleasant feelings in epigastriums is possible, at long and uncontrollable reception - a hyperpotassemia or a gipermagniyemiya. Allergic reactions.

Interaction with other medicines:

АТФ-ЛОНГ® it is impossible to apply along with cardiac glycosides in communication by increase in risk of emergence of an atrioventricular block. At simultaneous use with kaliysberegayushchy diuretics and APF inhibitors the risk of development of a hyperpotassemia, with magneroty - gipermagniyemiya increases. Dipiridamolum strengthens therapeutic effect АТФ-ЛОНГ®а, and Xantinoli nicotinas – reduces.

Contraindications:

Acute myocardial infarction, severe forms of bronchial asthma, hyperpotassemia, gipermagniyemiya, hypersensitivity to drug components. AV of blockade of the II-III degree, hemorrhagic stroke, pregnancy, feeding period breast.

Overdose:

Development of bradycardia at which introduction of Atropini sulfas is necessary is possible. Emergence of AV of blockade and arterial hypotension is also possible.

Storage conditions:

To store in the unavailable to children, dry, protected from light place at a temperature from 3 °C to 5 °C.

Period of validity – 1 year.
