Hailey-Hailey's disease

Description:

Hailey-Hailey (it kindly qualitative family pemphigus) – rather rare genetic dermatosis. Clinical displays of this disease – the flat flabby bubbles forming erosion when opening.

Symptoms of the Disease of Hailey-Hailey:

The disease is localized in places of friction, is preferential in a neck, a scrotum, axillary areas and is shown by bubbles and erosion which extend on the periphery, being resolved in the center with formation of hyperpegmentations or granular vegetations. Hailey-Hailey's disease - a spot with small bubbles, erosion in a peredneloktevy pole.

Etiologies of Hailey-Hailey:

Most often this disease is localized in places of the increased friction (in axillary hollows, in the field of a scrotum, under mammary glands, on the internal surface of hips and on a neck) and shown by the bubbles passing into erosion. As a result of merge with each other, erosion are transformed to fancifully outlined erythematic plaques.

Treatment of the Disease of Hailey-Hailey:

Are locally appointed:
- Fluorinated corticosteroid ointments
- фукорцин

In cases of long treatment:
- Neotigazon
- Prednisolonum (20-40mg in days)
- Antibiotics
In hard cases treatment by a methotrexate, a thalidomide, dapsone, dermabrasion, PUVA – therapy, vitamin E, and also treatment by the laser on carbon dioxide is appointed.
At the limited centers of defeat which differ in a persistent current skin transplantation is applied.
