Rapten slow motion

General characteristics. Structure:

One dragee includes diclofenac of potassium 50 mg; other components: silicon dioxide colloid anhydrous, calcium hydrophosphate anhydrous, starch corn, K 30 povidone, magnesium stearate, sodium carboxymethylstarch, arabic gum, sucrose, sucrose in powder, talc, the cochineal insect a red varnish, K 25 povidone, a macrogoal 6000.

Pharmacological properties:

Rapten slow motion of 50 mg possesses the anesthetizing, antiagregantny and febrifugal action. Not selectively oppressing cyclooxygenase 1 and 2 (TsOG1 and TsOG2), breaks metabolism of arachidonic acid, reduces amount of prostaglandins in the inflammation center. It is most effective at pains of inflammatory character. In case of inflammatory and rheumatic diseases Rapten slow motion of 50 mg effectively and quickly to lead analgetic and antiinflammatory action to decrease in pain (at rest and the movements), morning constraint, an inflammation and hypostasis, considerably improves a functional condition of the patient. The analgesic effect is reached in 10-30 minutes after administration of drug. The maximum concentration Rapten slow motion of 50 mg in a blood plasma: 1,3-1,5 mkg/ml are reached approximately in 40 minutes after reception. The t 1/2 of a blood plasma makes 1-2 chasa.99, 7% of diclofenac of potassium contact blood plasma albumine. Rapten slow motion of 50 mg gets into breast milk, synovial fluid. Diclofenac in a liver is metabolized. It is removed in the form of inactive metabolites with urine (60%) and with bile (30 – 35%) in the form of glucuronic and sulphatic conjugates. Pharmakokinektika of drug does not change depending on age of the patient. At patients with chronic cirrhosis pharmacokinetically parameters of diclofenac do not change. Diclofenac gets into breast milk.

Indications to use:

Rapten slow motion of 50 mg is used for treatment of the pain syndrome accompanying the following states:

Symptomatic treatment of diseases of a musculoskeletal system (including a pseudorheumatism, psoriasis arthritis, the juvenile chronic arthritis ankylosing a spondylitis (Bekhterev's disease); gouty arthritis, an osteoarthrosis of peripheral joints and a backbone, including with a radicular syndrome, a tendovaginitis, a bursitis;

Pain syndrome: painful and inflammatory states in gynecology: альгодисменорея (painful periods), an adnexitis (an inflammation of appendages of a uterus), the posttraumatic and postoperative pain syndrome which is followed by an inflammation, pain at oncological diseases, a headache, migraine, a dentagra; neuralgia, mialgiya, lumbago, ischialgia, ossalgiya;

As a part of complex therapy of infectious and inflammatory diseases of an ear, a throat, a nose with the expressed pain syndrome (pharyngitis, tonsillitis, otitis).

Route of administration and doses:

Adult appoint 100-150 mg a day: on 1 dragee 2-3 times. In mild cases and to children 14 years are more senior appoint 100 mg (2 dragees) a day to 2 receptions. Patients of advanced age are recommended to appoint minimum effective doses. At primary dysmenorrhea the initial daily dose makes 50–100 mg (1–2 dragees), a usual daily dose – 50–150 mg (1–3 dragees), the maximum daily dose – 200 mg (4 dragees). Duration of treatment is established individually. The dragee should be accepted to food, washing down with water.

Interaction with other medicines:

With care it is necessary to appoint drug sick which apply diuretics, anticoagulants and antidiabetic means. At simultaneous use with digoxin and drugs of lithium increase in concentration in a blood plasma of these drugs is possible. Rapten slow motion reduces diuretic effect, at its simultaneous use with kaliysberegayushchy diuretics increase in level of potassium in blood is possible.

Drug increases nephrotoxicity of cyclosporine. Simultaneous use Rapten of slow motion with other nonsteroid antiinflammatory medicines increases risk of emergence of side effect; with glucocorticoids – strengthening of side effect from digestive tract is possible, with acetylsalicylic acid - leads to decrease in level of diclofenac in a blood plasma.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to active agent, a bronkhoobstruktion, rhinitis, urticaria in the anamnesis after reception of NPVS, erosive and ulcer changes mucous a stomach or a 12-perstny gut, active gastrointestinal bleeding, inflammatory diseases of intestines in an aggravation phase, the period after performing aortocoronary shunting, the III trimester of pregnancy, the breastfeeding period, dekompensirovanny heart failure, disturbance of a hemopoiesis, hemostasis, the expressed renal, liver failure, children's age up to 15 years.
