General characteristics. Structure:

Active substance: lysozyme hydrochloride of 20,00 mg of a pyridoxine of a hydrochloride of 10,00 mg
Excipients: lactose monohydrate of 155,40 mg, gum of tragacanth 10,00 mg, magnesium stearate of 4,00 mg, sodium saccharinate of 0,50 mg, vanillin of 0,10 mg.

Description: round tablets of color, white or white with a yellowish or creamy shade, with dividing risky on the one hand.

Pharmacological properties:

The combined drug which effect is caused by the components which are its part.
The lysozyme is enzyme of the proteinaceous nature, is applied as an antiseptic agent owing to its direct impact on gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, and also mushrooms and viruses, takes part in regulation of local nonspecific immunity.
The pyridoxine – has protective action on a mucous membrane of an oral cavity (renders anti-aphthous effect). Does not influence pharmakodinamichesky properties of a lysozyme.

Indications to use:

Treatment of infectious and inflammatory diseases of a mucous membrane of an oral cavity, gums and throat: an ulitis, stomatitis, the catarral phenomena in upper parts of respiratory tracts, aphthous ulcerations, herpetic defeats (as a part of complex therapy), erosion of a mucous membrane of an oral cavity of any etiology.

Route of administration and doses:

Drug is used locally. Tablets should be rassasyvat slowly, without chewing, detaining the thawed mass of a tablet in an oral cavity as long as possible, before full dissolution. To children at the age of 3-7 years usually appoint on 1 tablet 3 times a day, 7-12 years – on 1 tablet 4 times a day. To adults and children 12 years – on 2 tablets 3-4 times a day are aged more senior.
Course of treatment of 8 days.

Interaction with other medicines:

The drug Lizobakt® strengthens action of antibiotics, including penicillin, chloramphenicol, nitrofurantoin, strengthens effect of diuretics, weakens activity of a levodopa. The isoniazid, Penicillaminum, Pyrazinamidum, immunosuppressors, are oestrogenic and oral contraceptives can increase the need for a pyridoxine (antagonistic action in relation to a pyridoxine or increase in renal excretion).

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity, children's age up to 3 years.
Hereditary lactose intolerance, deficit of lactase or glyukozo-galaktozny malabsorption.

Use during pregnancy and feeding by a breast.

Overdose:

Symptoms of overdose are improbable, can be noted after use in doses much exceeding therapeutic and are shown by feeling of numbness, feeling of a pricking, and also an anesthesia in upper and lower extremities.
Treatment: plentiful drink (artificial diuresis).

Storage conditions:
